Nice and beautiful place.Very tidy and great facilities.Definitely recommended!

We rented here for about 3 years, Never complained about the weak water pressure in the showers, Terrible parking layouts or Noisy Neighbours. In fact we loved the place and understood that we had to compromise on the few things. We even referred our friends to come and stay here… always paid our rent on time and in full, we treated the security and staff with respect… Just to get a slap in the face when moving out. Unfortunately, they are very unreasonable and expect a unit to be BRAND NEW once one moves out. There is no such thing as “Fear Wear and Tear” in their vocabulary and I would be very careful of taking up a new lease with them. Do not count on getting your deposit back …. not to mention interest!

I am a Tennant here. Bad security. One guard on duty all the time. Leave guard house unattended when doing his rounds. Main gate often dont work then gate gets left open with security guard elsewhere. Free for all to just wander into the complex. Lots of hooting at the gate if guard not in guard house. Cannot believe only one guard on duty at any time. Limited visitors parking. Visitors park anywhere. When your allocated parking is occupied you need to run around to get visitor to move car. Very frustrating. Really not a friendly complex. Not worth the price you payTHe discount you are referring to in your reply was for the stains on the floor you could not get to clean 4 months into our contract. Huge stains which now is much cleaner.Just hope you can sort the security and other issues out.Otherwise it would be a great place to live. Holding thumbs🙄🙄

Easy booking process. Close to the airport. Rooms always clean and fresh bedding / towels always ready.

Facilities are good. Apartments are well equipped. However electricity problem is very frequent it hampers if you want work also cant cook since there is only induction stove.

Finding booking easy with Delene always friendly and willows very close to the airport rooms always clean perfect

It met my expections 200%. Clean, homey, safe and close to everything. Even though i ddnt manage to meet the host, they ensured i have everything.my kids even asked if its our second home.
