Good day I just brought KFC from merebank store and they coldslaw was off. smell was disgusting and my family ate it after noticing the smell. My family is now suffering with running tummy. I tried to contract them numerous of time and they service line is going straight to voice mail. This is not the frist time I had a issue with KFC merebank

The one star rating is not for the food quality but rather the slow service and safety of customers during the pandemic.I purchased a meal on 10 November 2020 16h30.A busy Tuesday with one cashier and very slow service. I went to the chemist, supermarket and the butcher but, my meal was still not ready and I had to wait a further 10-15 minutes upon collection.What really shocked me: due to COVID 19 people had their masks on but, social distancing could not be carried out. On counting there were 27 people in that small store(excluding staff) and more just kept on coming in with no cut off at the door to control the numbers entering the store. It was impossible to maintain any social distancing.

Today i went there to buy for my family and while i was waiting for the order i notice customers there dont practise social distance as per Covid19 rule and i was so dissapointed with service, the packer didnt double check or give me exactle wat i have order and that i noticed when i was in car mind you its was raining outside i had to jump out and go back to change that order.. i defintly had terrible experience with KFC Merebank and there must also try to monitor customers with Social Distance inside the.

Its location terms of a business strategy is great, quick turnovers, however the Merebank CBD has a great potential and Id that area is improved in terms of security and public toilet facilities up to standard then I would advise all tourist to stop over on their tours the energy from the market area alone brings on eye witness experience of what its really like on the grass roots level of low and middle market lifestyle experience. Its a Indian eclectic beautiful market place

To be honest..I sat in had a meal and on road now and i feel sick in the tummy.Got a runny tummy.It has to be what i ate. I was fine all this timeIf i feel any more sick, will go have myself checked out .

What started out as a bad experience, with staff repeatedly missing out items from my order and poor service, is now a nice place to get some take away. KFC Merebanks staff is helpful and seems to have improved their service!

Great service and the food is prepared really quickly, about 5 to 10 mins wait if busy and less then 5 mins if not busy. They also deliver food for those who want to relax at home. Open both day and night (until around 22:00). Located next to merebank mall, so those who are shopping nearby can grab a quick meal to take home.
