Very good place equally good servce, drive through and wheel chair accessible parking and entrance.

Normally when you buy food from a Drive Thru, the meals are sloppily put together but Nandos in Bluff gives us perfectly prepared meals every single time!Even my request for extra extra basting sauce is never met with any complaints and the staff are always so helpful and always get our orders right.The food is always so perfectly prepared and the chicken is always so tender and packed full with flavour. I am a lover of spicy food and this place sure knows how to satiate my tastebuds :)By far this is my favourite Nandos franchise! Well done guys and keep up the good work.

LONG Wait-waitress taking order, t cashier & t waitress packing and giving the order-friendly.food as usual well prepared, tasted gr8t and the barone mshake very tasty.just need 2 get waitress on wheels taking orders and 2 boost orders-get quick ready made snacks available 4 bites - whilst orders r being prepared/waited.Bluff Nandos very seldom disappoints.

Well their food is normally very good. But on this one occasion, I was very uncomfortable taking it because there was a woman staff member who was obviously very very sick. She was continuously coughing while packing the food. I actually did not want the food because it made me feel sick. The manager on duty did nothing. They were just laughing and talking as usual. Very unhygienic and dont care attitude towards their customers. Maybe she even had covid. I had to disinfect the packets, utensils and containers themselves!

This Nandos is okay...I mean you pay for the Nandos taste yet when you buy the chicken and ask for extra basin sauce there is like no sauce on the chicken. I might as well grill a normal chicken and add sauce. Nandos has really dropped their standard from what they used to be.

I love the food here and its always good. Service is also great.

It took a bit longer ,and the service was poor but its so clean 👏 they gave a air g ladder so I had to take it back and order again but anyways its was okay the food was delicious👏👏👏

What an excellent service I received from Nandos Bluff. The service was very quick and the staff members were friendly and professional. When I entered I was impressed by the fact that they were sanitizing during Covid19. As an additional advantage, one can also use drive Thru which is very rare to find at Nandos. I would definitely highly recommend this Nandos

Excellent service. Go there often and always receive order correctly. Waiting bench for take aways face the cooks and packers so you can see everything if you feel the need. Never used the drive through before, always parked and went in for some reason.

Best drive-through Ive ever been through! Very pleased with the way your menu is displayed, my eyesight is so bad without my glasses, but I was able to read everything. Very pleasant staff as well. Will definitely be visiting again. Ive actually always known the Bluff Nandos to be of excellent service from back in the day.

Very bad chips was cold and chicken was warm it was not given to me freshly grilled .it was probably lying there and when my order came they just put it in a plate a served it.very disappointed waited for months to come In and eat and to have service like this

Nandos in general is far too expensive, with this being the main factor in pepoles decision on where to eat. It is something to think about that similar franchises can offer the same chicken at half the price of Nandos so why do we pay more. The location and store is good though, excellent service.

Friendly people works in there

It was very bad , while we are eating there sprayed chemicals and saying there are cleaning. The Manager was very rude she cant speak to people in a good manner . I am definitely never going there again.

How is one Nandos different from another Nandos or one Steers from another.. And the list of franchises can go on..As an observant person... I would say location, parking, the cashiers taking orders to the kitchen staff, the set up and waitering.These are areas that make a huge difference.This is an average place which offers average service delivery.RegardsIA

Absolutely terrible. My order was left for 10mins without anyone giving it to me. When I brought it to their attention they had the attitude with me and said they could just reheat it on the grill. It came back nine dry.

Nandos in less than 5mins?! Although weve had chicken that was not cooked properly, Nandos Bluff has seemed to improve quality of food and service is pretty good! Wayyy better than I can say for the McDonalds around the corner!

I have been here multiple times but once I found a live worm in my salad. They were understanding and gave me a refund and a free burger. I have not gone back ever since.

Great service and food always well prepared

Food was great, loving the new look, definitely worth a visit if you in the mood for authentic flame grilled chicken with a hint of kick depending on your spice tolerance.

Pretty nice place must reccomend. I didnt eat their food but my lady friend told me it was superb so ill go with her opinion. The location is definitely not the greatest due to their being a dump across the road but it definitely does not attract from the decor inside. Definitely reccomend

Staff is always awesome. Only issue is that some customers take forever to order. Its like the first time they are ordering Nandos. You should have some inclination as to what you want.
