Seems like the system isnt working and it doesnt do good for business.

Although we had to wait very long for our food to be prepared on this busy Friday evening, understandably, it was absolutely worth it. This particular Fishaways provides real value for money.

Some of the best, freshest seafood Ive had in a long time. Crispy deep fried, without that old oil taste, and served with quick and friendly service. For great classic takeaway fish and chips and seafood, I highly recommend Fish aways.

Terrible experience. My prawns were raw and the fish nuggets full of bones. Ordered 3 meals but only 1 fork, tartar and tomato sauce supplied

Every week I go and get dinner for me and my other half. I got use to the portions being different everytime. But tonights meal is something to frown uponFish taste like old oil. 3 sachets of greek salad dressing no tartar.And the counter service not even going there, they can learn a thing or two from the steers girls next doorSo disappointed

I am an old client to this fishaways, and always had good impression, but this time only one word BAD service.I was told that the food will be ready in 15~20 mins and I waited for nearly an hour.My order number is 167 and order numbers after mine 169,174 all had their foods already and I am like an idiot still waiting for my food.I was asking the front staffs why I am waiting so long and they just ignored me and when I eventually got the food in my hand, the staff did not even bother to say sorry for the late.Honestly, I am so disappointed to what type of service I received this time.

Very dissapointed in the foodOrder medium fish that looks like a big sardine. Order onion rings get 4 onion rings in a packet. I order it for guest at a guesthouse I have to go to another place to get more food.
