Food is great, staff not so much. Tshegofa served me and she was less than friendly. Maybe work on your people skills, you are working with the public. A positive attitude does go a long way....

Standards at Burger King are dropping in a bad way. Just ordered from them now and first the waiters were not attentive. And second my order was not complete and I payed for everything. Customer service is not good because when calling you get no response. Burger King Presley Square, cashier Thabo I am not happy with the order and I used to love Burger King!

To be honest, the food saved this rating from being a 2 star experience. The food was really delicious and everything was hot which made it even more enjoyable. The service though to start off with, was not the best and there is a bit of a wait for the food compared to other fast food burger outlets, but after eating the food I ate, I can understand why it takes a bit longer. I will be back and hope that the small things will be better.

Waiting area is unsoutable for scults. Realy high barstools at a counter fixed to the floor. You sit waiting with your back to the serving counter.Burgers are good. Service is quick and menu gives a good variety to choose from. Accesability can be a problem. At the corner of 2 very busy streets.

Staff has no manours are rude to the costumors screamed at me infrot of all the costumors very disappointed and talks kak of you when they think your not listening

I personally love Burger Kings Wooper Burger. Its just perfect! You cannot go wrong with it! If you dont want a burger, you can buy some of their snacks that is also great. This Burger Kings services is really good, the parking is just sometimes problem.

Used Mr D to deliver food from Burger King that was already paid for. The cooldrinks spilled leaving the packaging wet and the paper wrapped burgers as well. Tried to call BK Preller Square and Mr D , no answer. Where can I complain?

On Sunday evening 16 August at 20:50-20:55 we visited Burger King at Preller Square Bloemfontein. On our arrival the staff were already busy cleaning up shop . It was not closing time yet so we wanted to proceed and place an order. We were informed by the workers that they were not prepared /willing to take our order or provide us with a meal and they conveyed it to us in an extremely rude fashion. No Burger King this is not how its done. If we do business till 9 we do business to 9.If I have to go and order my food and hour or more before closing time please inform me. I am very disgusted and disappointed in the horrible service i have received. I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars.

Good menu, quick service, fairly priced.Not exactly kid friendly, but it is technically a take-away place, so thats fine.Love the extra long chilli with cheese burger. Enjoy their fries too. Only thing I have a gripe with is the soft-drinks, always on-tap meaning always in cups, and the cups always make a mess in the car.

If I could it would only be a half star. Waited over 30min in the queue with only one cashier and a whole line of people. When I eventually got to the front they didnt have any icecream available and other products out of stock.The Cashier told me I can wait for another 30min before the Icecream would be ready.Why dont they just put on a board like KFC, Nandos etc, stating that its out of stock, or out of order. Instead make you wait for almost a hour.

PATHETIC service at Burger King Preller Plein. After half an hour wating for my order, I went to ask where my order is, and the guy behind the counter made me feel like I was a criminal. He asked whether I went out and came back, implying I am trying to steal the same order (I was eating an ice-cream in front of them the whole time). Further to that, the store floor was disgusting (should have taken a photo)! Really, get your act together!!

Cashier is very confused and cant cope under pressure from public.Orders from the kitchen is worng and manager unable sort out the issues.

They are open till late and serve a decent flame grilled burger. Food is frehsly prepared so be prepared to wait 10 minutes or so.

This an ongoing saga. They dont know whos waiting for food and who needs to attended to. There needs to be a cashier ready to assist clients. Its pointless waiting 15 minutes for service and then waiting forever for your order as well.
