If you order from Mr D Food, the food takes forever to arrive. When drivers deliver the food they claim that the restaurant always has a backlog of chicken thats not ready though its not even busy. So if they could speed up the process it could make MOST of their customers happy.

Definitely one of the best KFCS Ive ever been to! Will recommend everyone to support them!

Food is delicious, but sometimes they can take a while to bring your food even though it is a fast food restaurant, but still whould go again.

Friday night is not a good time to go. They were extremely busy. Drive through only had one display working and inside there was only one cashier active. Everything was really fresh and my order was correct.

Frequantly items on the menu are not available and unneccesary holdups occur.

Got a very bad service. Food took more than 40mins to be prepared and the greeter at the door was very rude. Imagine paying for food all you get is a half full drink which they touch the inside of those cups with their gloves and you dont know where else those gloves have been. Sanitation and hygiene was a low low for me and you end up getting a sulking manager jus because you raise your concerns as a customer. Im highly disappointed with the service I received. KFC Northridge Mall has standards not the one at Preller

Worst KFC ever. Ordered wings it was short in the packet, my street wise 2 was not pleasant at all. I did not enjoy my meal. They will never see me agian!

You pay so much then you get small piece of chicken and you dont get spoon or salt in your take away. Service is poor.

The worst of the worst. I have given them 3 chances. Each time was pathetic. Staff lose control of orders. Start argueing with each other. After waiting half an hour this evening, the food was cold. The large chips is on the attached photo. Worst of all there was a spoon in the bottom of the bucket. Who knows if it was used or not. KFC Preller Square is pathetic. Dont go!

The store was empty & it was cold in Bloemfontein, I wanted to sit with my kids aged 3 & 6yrs inside but the tables were occupied by the KFC staff apparently having lunch clearly do not care about the customers & made us sit at the outside tables instead, Thanks but to be honest it was my last time I will ever go to KFC Preller

It has its days, there are times when the chicken tastes burnt due to burnt oil. It is really awful. The weekend cook is the worst. I think consistency is needed. However not one of the worst .

Very convenient drive through kfc. I noticed tge buns on their rounder was very fresh and delicious, too often the kfcs can serve old buns that ruins the rounder but preller was always fresh. Thank you.

I was so exited when this KFC opened near me. This store has a problem. Out of stocks, badly trained staff that i find very rude at times. Reported them twice to centre management. Curently i find that they improved slightly. It is such a shame as this use to be my favorite take away. I do still buy from them but this specific store started off on the wrong foot and only time will tell if its staff can turn it around.

Waited outside after using the drive through and told to wait in the parking area ,45 minutes later walked in and asked for my food waited another 10 min before getting it ,drove home only to find my order was a total mess and in an All star box got less than a streetwise 2 so all the stars will not be filled in ,in my rating come on KFC PRELLER GET IT TOGETHER .Or must I be like Coke ?

Shocking! Completely incorrect order supplied! Had to drive all the way back to get right order. Staff making a hell of a noise shouting at each other while place is packed with customer waiting for their orders.

I ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks. Got one meal completely wrong and one drink completely wrong after double checking 4 times. Horrible service.

Employee Palesa not very professional. Laughs uncontrollably while serving customers... Makes a huge noise within the confined space of this KFC...leaves a real bad impression of KFC customer servive😕 hope she is in training and still needs be be trained on proper behaviour. On the positive side the order was done very quickly. Thank you KFC kitchen staff

The staff were friendly, but they forgot part of my order and only after receiving the entire order, which included sprinkle pops, I was informed that they dit not have the satchels of flavouring.

Possibly the worst KFC in the country. They can never get an order right at the drive through. The burger that I got there last Saturday night was probably the worst burger that I have ever had in my entire life. I will never go back there ever again!

Pathetic service!!! waited almost an hour for our food at the drive through!!!! Staff ignored us when asking who the manager was. Chicken tasted terrible and not the quality that it should be. 3rd time visiting them and definitely the last time!!! Never had a good experience there.

There was no chicken. I had to for an additional 20 minutes for the chicken to be ready after having waited 15 minutes to place an order. Not Ayoba!

As with most of the reviews here - its not necessarily the food but the lack of service that totally derails the the experience. Id say that Ive given this KFC three chances and they flunked every one with outstanding performance. Id rather advise people to go to the Nandos around the corner or even the Burger King in the same vicinity. Save yourself money, time, frustration.

The food is good. But the fact that has a sit down option is not so good. Now the second time on my lunch break and there is place to sit because the staff are occupying most of the seats.

They tend to forget one thing on your order, quite a bit. I usually just get upset and swear to never return. Also long waiting period for food, even when going through the drive thru
