Very poor service at the Bloemfontein branch. The services from the JHB branch/and even the CT branch or their call centre were good, but Bloemfontein made no effort to help allocating my parcel. After their dispatch email in Bloemfontein (they are 25min away from where I live) Ive waited almost 2 days. They did not have the full correct address, but no one from the branch even bothered to find out what the full address was, and kept saying it is on its way.
