Very bad delivery time. Ive had to collect my parcels at the depot more than once because they just dont deliver it even after several phone calls to enquire about my packages.Very disappointed in the lack of care.

RAM overall has BAD SERVICE!! You cant get to their phone lines , their live chat is a NO GO, because there is nobody online, and no one responds to your emails.

Very disappointed with their service! Had to wait 5 days for my parcel to be delivered even though I chose it to be delivered by a maximum of two days. Also did not deliver before my chosen time.
