Its for the second time ordering takeaway not getting what I want last I ordered for extra cheese Russians I got normal Russians while I paid for cheese russians. Last week Thursday I ordered 10 BBQ wings I only got 8 I give up on them. Ordered a steak burger combo, served by 14 Bongi T. After waiting minutes for my order, I received 2 toasted slices with steak as dry as Bloems soil. Bongi T at 14, didnt even notify me she that she has no buns and whether toasted bread would suffice. 😏.

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the service and attitude I received from a staff member Links and the manager Clinton of Stadium Food Court.I called in early yesterday morning(7h27) to place an order for breakfast as usual and when I got there with my colleague at 7h50 we were told that the order was not ready yet by Links who already gave us attitude when we wanted to know why our order is taking so long.She processed the transaction of R116.70 and I immediately received a notification of the payment however it seemed like there was a technical glitch because according to her and her manager she called for assistance the payment didnt go off from their side.He explained that they have to process the transaction again and I didnt mind and told him that if it goes off twice I will go back to reverse one transaction and we came to an understanding thereafter. I do not know what theily did on the system but the cashier gave me a slip and my card back and we got our food,ate and thereafter left for work. Later that day the very same people who assisted me was at my workplace accusing me and my colleague for eating mahala food. We could not attention them immediately as we were still assisting clients and Clinton decided to involve my manager, telling him how we left the shop without paying for food they gave us,the same breakfast we ate there and he sees that as stealing.I do not understand how a Manager who is supposed to be professional and know better would do something like that and a staff member who was at fault.It is not our problem if you dont give your people training but it becomes a problem if they start treating paying clients like they are nothing.Customer Service is the act of taking customers need by providing and delivering professional, helpful,high quality service and assistance before,during and after the customers requirements are met.Customer service is what sells and currently customers who go to stadium food court are paying for poor customer service.One incompetent staff member makes a mistake and her manager backs her and blame it on a cusomer..We tried to sort this out with their big boss who said he will sort it out and apologised on their behalf,appearantly they cannot be forced to apologised but guess what they were not even instructed to do so.Will never set a foot at this place again!!
