Before the lockdown, their goods were good, but today my bon bites were packed upside down and tasted hard and stale. Very disappointed.

I really like cinnabon, the staff is always friendly and I dont want to bad mouth the business but half the time their products (particularly at this branch) are always either stale or the milk is just off, the last box I got smelt expired the moment I opened the box. Some quality control would be nice.

It was 15 minutes before closing time. The cleaning lady also at the same time the Cashier was mopping the floor and when I ordered served me without wearing gloves or washing her hands.🤢

Worst experience ever!!!Firstly waited longer than 30 minutes for 2 pecan cinnabons and a caramel peacan center of the roll . When we finally got it they forgot to give the caramel peacan center of the roll luckily i checked before leaving. The pecan cinnobons were under baked and the caramel peacan center of the roll had ZERO frosting and caramel sauce. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!
