Wouldnt even give them 1 star. Called them for installation and it took them two weeks to get to us called them everyday to follow up and they kept telling me that they will call me back or come through in the next hour. The office lady who kept saying they were coming blew into the phone acting as she couldnt hear me or last connection. Very bad services !

Utterly bad service. Next to the municipality, Electrocorp takes the cup. 1 They took my unit, called me that they repaired it. I returned it the same hour cuase it was not repaired. Now I am following up and it is one long frustrating wait. I was promised a call back that did not happen. Extremely poor service.

Very bad service I took my TV for screen relacement instead they replaced my power pc board. I called them after I took my TV to other TV repairs in Welkom that the PC board inside not mine hence they couldnt find the matching screen. The funny thing is I had to call everyday for follow up and they keep telling me theyre awaiting feedback and they will get back to me.

Absolutely horrible customer service, really dissapointed in the way they handle customers.First service is very slow,I had to call twice a day to make sure that I can get feedback, because no one calls back.Second I had to pay R150 for rejecting their quotation, on top of the R100 I paid to get a quotation. The response to me was, not alot of people reject our quotationsObviously Im gonna reject it if it will cost me R2500 more then what I paid for the item 5 years ago.

Got great service

Very Poor service, we arranged for them to do a job, which the team said they completed. Only to find out after weeks that they have not even been to site yet. We are very disappointed as they told us numerous times that the job had been completed. I will not use them again. Another company did the work same day.
