Very bad experience at Game Bethlehem staff unwilling to assist try to buy a combo dea lnon off the staff were able to issist us the one said to wait for someone els that never game the other one said she does not know check the pamfletReally very disappointingWe left the the store without buying anything.

We wanted to purchase a blender using the price beat and the manager said we can not do a price beat with online stores such as Takealot whereas the terms and conditions differ.The manager walked away with no interest and we walked out to rather buy the item online.This is not the first time I have recieved poor service at this Game store as the manager lady was rude and did not care weather we purchased or not.She did not ask us how much the price beat difference was as it was only R50 but instead you lose a customer.

One store where staff always assist customers, they make follow ups when you had left your contact details regarding queries or products that are yet to come. The service is just outstanding I wish they were selling fast food. I also like the weekly specials which are affordable and reasonable at all times.

Apart from the constant indifference Ive experienced from the staff since opening (try and get anyone to help you in the electronics or household appliances department. You have to hunt them down). My complaint is how Game can charge R9.99 for 170gr Deli Cat cat food two months ago, R11.99 one month ago and R15.99 this month? This is only R1.00 cheaper than human tuna in the same store and the same single unit price of NoName brand normal tuna in Pick n Pay. This should be investigated.

Sometimes I receive good customer service sometimes I dont. Either way they need consistency. On the other hand they dont always have stock and will be waiting on it for more then two weeks, this is simply poor. Thank you for the good work that you do.

I have yet got to come across another store, that is so willing to assist, helpfull and friendly, as Game in the Dihlabeng Mall, in Bethlehem.We live in East London and whenever l need anything special, they are a telephone call away! Within days, l receive the call, informing me that the goods have arrived.Needless to say, l have tried it with our local stores, as it would save time and cost of travelling! If it was possible to give it a zero star rating, I would. Staff are unhelpful and in the event that you do find someone willing to help, they have no knowledge of the products they sell. Additionally, its mend of the month and queues from here to Cape Town but only four tills are open.
