The lines is long but fast, the isles was clean and the promotion was well executed, the markdown area needs a bit of order, the covid protocol is being adhered to, management visibility is seen at the front, and the cashiers are well trained and polite

This store has good stock and fresh products. However boxes of stock standing on the floor in front of shelves in all the isles and in front of the fridges, make it impossible for a wheelchair user to reach items on shelves.Most personnel are friendly and helpful, but I find that personnel at the tills are unfriendly.This store is close to my house but I rather go to the Pick & Pay, especially month ends because it is a danger zone with high volumes of people and taxis. A handbag grabber easily disappears into the crowd and escapes in a full taxy.Because it is so difficult to move about in the overstocked shop with loose baskets with stock and tables with take ways infront of deli and bakery, it is not my favorite shop. If only the management would listen to my advice as Accessibility coördinator.Thank you.
