I was in your store today What a disaster. No social distancing what so ever people standing all over the show. I cannot believe a big corporate like Checkers is so socially irresponsible. We have been put back into a harder lockdown but it seems your management could not care less. The manager was walking around but she did nothing to rectify the situation. It is all about turnover and not the safety of your customers. An absolute disgrace. I for one will not be putting myself at risk shopping at your store.

What a disater, passing through and ordered 4 pancakes... I waited almost 40 minutes, there was nobody at the stall when I got there. I was told it is not his fault as I paid and did not order beforehand, but there was nobody to order with!!! Never again, I dont need to be given attitude as apaying customer....

Rude staff members from the door to the tills, mostly the young male stuff members. Lack of cashiers therefore pressure is always on the few cashiers that are there.

This is bad, telephone line is not operating, they double charge you on items that you did not even buy. Worst experience ever @ a shop. That is poor customer service, everything is in a haste as if everyone is in a hurry

What a disaster at Chekers in Bethlehem today!! 4 Cashiers month end!! I went to the manager asked for some service. All of a sudden 4 more cashiers!! Where is your management!!! Disgusting!! Do you realize covid!! Staff hanging around doing nothing!! Where are your managers!! Wake up please!!

Not all of the cashiers are friendly and polite at thos store. As if they are doing you a favor...especially Teboho. Had a very bad experience for the second time with him...please send your cashiers on a personal skills course...they are rude...never before had this experience at Woolworths or Pick n Pay at this mall.

So far only received good and friendly service from them. Huge selection on products. Best white bread from their own bakery in town

Great store but they need to pick it up they still need room to perform or they must change the manager they dont or in time fruits a old.The vegetables would surprise when you get home.only thing is better its the tin staff and those staff that are on pack

There is always something on special, you dont have to go there for budgeted things as you might end up not buying what you had initially planned for. Prices are affordable and do not forget to buy the fresh fish and chips sold there

I would like to understand why you offer a cashback service. Our banks tell us cash at tills are cheaper, but whenever I go to your store ( and I shop there daily) and on the odd day I ask for a cashback I always get the response that I am asking for a big mission. There are sigs and its always a struggle, never yes mam with a pleasure The response 90% of the time Eish, I dont have money, can you go ask at that till or Eish I dont have cash please go stand over there and then you have to wait as if they are doing you a massive favour. Today I asked, with my purchase for only R40 yes R40. And was told sorry I dont have cash. Really? You offer this as a service, if you can not deliver this service, dont!

Never stock when stock is advertised. They will give you a rain cheque though of you ask, but its very inconvenient.
