Good food, good friendly service.

Butterscotch freezer is my favourite drink here but sometimes they put too less of the syrup. I also like the butterscotch steamer but you have to have the small size due to the sweetness factor. All in all delicious drinks.

The coffee is amazing in that place.

Wish there were more in KZN. Love perfect red Cappuccino. Pity I was given the excuse of no honey for my red cap. My first poor experience at Seattle Umhlanga.

Always love a cappuccino at this stop. And the hot drink accrual system is a winner, since it means that I dont pay for my cappuccinos on many occasions. 🎉

Coffee is very good. Service is good but excellent by a few regular faces. The guys & Millie (female) offer exceptional service. I have to add that a few of the female staff are quite grumpy & seem like they dont want to be at work at times. Im a daily customer. Just my feelings.

The batista was swamped with 6 orders when we arrived. Regardless, we got a friendly smile and a welcome... When it got round to our turn we received the same smile and friendly chat which ended up in a good start to our day and a great coffee.

Went to order ice chocolate drinks, got told chocolate was off?? Then ordered a berry and strawberry iced drink... the berry was absolutely disgusting, tasted like off wine... strawberry one didnt taste like strawberrys at all... we drove there cause we love the iced chocolate drinks.... the franchises in waterfall and durban north weve never had a problem at and so well stick to those next time.
