The most pathetic service Ive witnessed in a long time. Mbali was very rude and unhelpful, there are many suffering with the ongoing pandemic that would value their jobs. Telkoms reputation does precede it and I will definitely try to avoid this company at all costs.
The consultant that assisted me didt confirm and then processed an incorrect deal. Then couldnt assist, and to sort out the mess takes 3 to 5 days. Went to another store today and they were so helpful. Oh, and she put the incorrect details on the internal notes. I have no issue with the product and the rest of the store but Telkom needs to train their staff more.
I went to Telkom to upgrade my package and I received very good personalized attention from the ladies, they were professional and competent and I was out of there in no time and very satisfied

Queues move quickly. Not the most helpful branch however social distancing , sanitization and temperature station protocols were all followed.
I have been a Telkom Mobile customer for a few years and went in for a new phone. The lady who did my contract was well informed and very helpful. She explained everything properly and got everything done very quickly. Very happy with the service from this store.

My husband was given a new telkom phone for his business over 3 weeks ago. He was told that the phone will activated within 3 days. Todate it is still not working. His been into musgrave branch and overport branch(where he got the phone)no joy pathetic service. Was informed that they were going to send the query to back office....stil waiting

Worst service.....Get to the store to be told that an ID is sufficient, waited in the queue for over an hour to be told that I need additional documentation to process my request.
On Sunday, 10 June at 9:20 a.m. I bought a 20/20 data bundle. When I arrived home and turned on the router Telkom messaged that my data bundle is depleted. I returned to the shop to discover that it closed at 2:p.m. I proceeded to Telkom Pavilion where I was informed that the payment made at Overport had gone through but the data had not been loaded and that I had to return to Overport to resolve the issue. As I could not wait I bought a seconda data bundle at Telkom Pavilion and the data showed within seconds. I shall make the journey to Overport on Tuesday to demand a refund. Never again. From now on Telkom Pavilion.
The wait is longer than usual for some reason but the staff are helpful and get the task done.
Would really help if a telecom company furnished emails of shops so we can write and wait for a response. No one on phone end. Went in store - confused queue-ing system (if there is a system).I left after 20 minutes of no movement.

Left several calls at a Dedicated Telkom branch call centre for a the store agent I was dealing with to call me 2 months ago. Till today never get a call. When I as a business person went resolve a business line of the same issue the lady agent told me why are you coming so late in the day and walked away out off the store. Utter rudeness. I am forced to give 1 star.

Poor Shocking Service - I agree with fellow Google messages, customers have to wait an hour average to be served or longer, only two persons dealing with customers and potential customers - one star is too much. On a weekend two people, shocking - rather close this store down. Worst telkom store in south africa - Manager cant apologize for poor service - fix this, you are poorly managing this store.Copying and pasting replys, Rather Driver to Musgrave or westwood you would be served quicker and come back to overport people will still be in queue,
Honestly the most useless store to exist. People I beg you not to ever go here. The staff are untrained, rude, clueless creatures and i honestly wish theyd all go hang themselves.Do yourself a favour and run very fast.

Made ADSL application on 2 Jan. 2018. It is now 3 April 2018. With 20 plus calls later and three in store follow-ups AND still no one at Telkom can commit to a connection date.The latest from one contact centre agent (3 April) is that that the order is lost where as another agent (3 April) advises that it is in progress.
Its been a month an I am still waiting for my router.Everytime I go the telkom shop they make empty promises.😑not impressed
