Thankfully it wasnt too busy today. Lovely, friendly, helpful service from the staff who took temperatures and personal details, sanitised us and allowed only 1.person at a time. My problem finalised to my satisfaction. Keep up the great work Telkom direct, Musgrave.

I went there yesterday to take a data contract and waited in the already long queue which didnt even move however a lady names Sade helped me by making copies of my ID and drivers license and informed me that a consultant will contact me . Today 4/8/2021i received an sms to go to sign the contract so I did.I was first in the queue but had to wait for service as the staff were rather slow. A lady standing behind me called for the manager who then was forced to help me.

It was good but they must try to be more faster when processing and put chairs to seat outside the store because we were standing for a long time although we are already tired coming from work. Service is 100% good.
Very helpful staff but then staff always busy talking amongst themselves and always very loud ... when a staff member busy with me another staff member comes in with work that she needs assistance with so the lady helping me leaves me waiting to assist another customer ... staff seems to need assistance from each other either they dont know their job as they always asking each other what to do or how to do it and that becomes a very long process for me as the customer. The lady assisting me was very efficient and new exactly what was required it would have been a better experience had she not been disturbed by her co workers

The new way of treating customers. Stand in a queue outside the shop while we help one person at a time. Waiting time to just get in the store was 30 min. One person working the counter. Telkom only sell phones, God help you of something goes wrong because there is few in the organisation that can help. This dinosaur should have died with the rest of the herd.

The employees are very very helpful and kind the service is efficient and fast if you have problems they try their best to sort the problem out as quick as possible and to give you the best service possible I highly recommend if you have any issues on the telkom network that you and you live in the Musgrave community take a visit to the store
Never once did I get bad customer service. The only bad part is the waiting but very well organized business and on-point customer service.14 July 2020For 3 months now I have been trying to apply for DSL to be installed was stay but to no point have I received good help. I have never had any bad experience with Telkom but the last three months have been a nightmare for me. I would go to another network provider to prefer using one network. As we speak now am in the queue for the 10th time trying to find out if my application has been sent but no one seems to be attending to it. Worse experience ever
Cannot assist with migrating my fixed line (Telkom cannot fix damaged copper line for adsl and fixed line). No stock in-store of handsets.

The Musgrave shop has friendly staff who try to help but they too are unable to sort out the complete disaster of how this company is trying to run with one hand not knowing or communicating with the other. This is a company in Chaos. Despite the friendly staff who try to assist this company is not worth the hassel!!

After my last visit, speed and priority is non existent here. The gentleman that helped me was efficient, but to get to him, almost ovet an hour later...... and they expect you to follow a really stupid ticket system they dont abide by.... get rid of it. The place is smaller than my bedroom... its not SARS that requires a ticket system! Most unimpressed.

When quiet the service is great and you are in and out within 15mins. When busy be prepared wait upto an hour or more to be served. Some staff are knowledgeable and helpful while others are just not. Go early in the morning to get seen to quickly otherwise you will end up waiting
Frostrating and disgusting as normal u need approx 2 .5 hrs to get no results
2 stars because they seem nice to other people and the rest lost because they were not welcoming to me I couldnt even prompt for help because there was no interest to help me whatsoever. I needed a sim card for data, but because I didnt have proof of address I left the store not knowing what might happen next if theres any criteria for data.Out of my 4 encounters at that place, I can tell that theres a lot of undermining and discrimination.

This place is a shocker. Trying to fix a dysfunctional ADSL line is about as impossible as closing ones account They juggle you between the brick-and-mortar office, website and call centre without ever resolving anything. The sight of these weather-beaten employees inspires pure pity. How Telkom manages to stay in business defies Economics 101.

In-store service very good, AFAIK they never answer their landline phone numbers in-store, as they only assist walk-in customers. I seems like Telkom policy. Maybe store staff use it for dialling out only or being a telecoms company it maybe setup to dial out and not receive incoming calls - speculation, but technically possible. The fact that telkom needs a physical store presence, speaks volumes about their notoriously-abysmal service from their call centres (10210 etc.)

For a change my query was resolved by a store and I was not referred to the call Centre.There is however no clarity of the procedure to follow when you enter the store for the 1st time, and too little seating available for customers waiting in the queue
I called in and asked to be assised but in isiZulu the lady was very rude and put me to the call centre in Jhb.
Next I am coming for phone
I went into the Telkom Musgrave store in mid February to transfer ownership of a landline effective 01 March 2017. The transfer has not been done, you cant get through to anyone when you call the helpline number. So at my inconvenience, I have not only been without connection at home but I will have to go back to the Musgrave store, stand in a queue for who knows how long. All due to the incompetency and inefficiency, yet again, of Telkom. WHY do we have live with such diabolical customer service from Telkom time after time after time.
