Some of the most helpful people I have ever came across. Ordered a set of wheels from them and had them shipped up to Pretoria. Wheels showed up at my house a day later via Globe Freight after I did the payment. All four were extremely well packaged and had no damage. Not only was it simple and easy to order from them, they also made sure I am happy with my purchase. Highly recommend them and will definitely be doing all my purchases by them from now on.

Biggest thiefs on the planet was sold a wrong rims paid R12000 for it we went with a sample they told us its correct .when we tried to fit it was wrong they refused to give us a refund

This place is a complete scam..... My customer bought spacers from them they gave the wrong ones and they refused to refund. Lady owner was so rude. Beware complete scam

They pricey and take forever to get back to with quotations so u have to keep calling them up. Other than that great in store service. Manager is a pleasent guy. Thier wheels are generally strong. 1 set I had got from them lasted 3 years with knocks and hitting potholes... Didnt buckle at all. Very strong rims sold here

Great deals on maggs

Purchased a brand new set of 15 combo set on Friday 29/01/2021 on Saturday 30/01/2021, I had a blowout 10km from my home on the N2 southbound which caused me to temporarily lose control and found that the Tyre was completely of the inside and outside wall torn off, taken back to the store was told have to wait for the manufacturer to inspect on on Monday was inform that the brand new Tyre was flat and thats why it blew out which doesnt add up cause how can a flat Tyre blow out, so with all in all was fitted with a defected Tyre and nearly lost my life due to the nonsense that these guys sell us so for your safety and your family safety I do not recommend you take that chance.

Very disrespectful guy working at the till, has a bad attitude towards people.Bad parts that dont fit cars had to come back twice to be given a part I dont want because they dont do refunds.Ended up having to take an HID kit that was priced for R400 and lasted less than 2 day now one light is burnt.Go to Autostyle motorspor . Youll get the same parts cheaper and better service.Totally appalled by the store, bad customer service.

Terrible service,owner is a rogue and therefore rude as hell..sold me 2 faulty hid kits for close to R5000 and didnt want to exchange or return them ,I ended up throwing them away and getting genuine ones that actually worked..this store should actually close down, total bunch of rip offs!

I would not recomend Racers edge to any one. Looking to score sales but not completely satisfying the clients needs. You also cannot return faulty purchases without making an additional purchase at the store. They also look to sell higher priced goods, which is also not helpful

Rims and Tyres were bought as a birthday gift - incorrect advice was provided. Cannot take a load in the vehicle because the ratios were incorrect. We called the next day to change the incorrect purchase, they refused and blamed us for fitting the incorrect sizes! terrible service R8000 later!

Pathetic service owner is to greedy for money that they do not care about the customer long term relationship. Came in to buy a set of fogs it was a R100 cheaper at max motorsport down the road asked the owner if good match the price he refused and said it’s because max mototsport fogs dont come with a bulb thats why they are cheaper which was clearly a lie for your information i got the fogs cheaper for a R100 as well as it came with bulbs and complete wiring ( if you intstalling on a car that didnt come factory with fogs) and great service too.. I supported racers edge for years bought many of parts for my cars but you going to loose a customer over R100? No problem i will go down the road where im appreciated thank you.

Pathetic service. I even laid a complaint with the Ombudsman a few weeks ago.... guess what they have not received a response from racers edge. Can someone assist me with a legal way to proceed? All I wanted was a refund for a product that I did not want anymore due to certain reasons and it was on the third day after purchasing I asked for it to be refunded.

Bought a mk5 2din, subwoofer out didnt work and the deck gave feedback. Only found out a week after purchase. Racers refused to refund or exchange the deck.
