Helpful and friendly

Utterly disappointing service, their installed hardware has not been working correctly since installation 2 years ago. You have to notify them when they have system failures. When complaining with managers about the problems you get told that they use 3rd party systems and that they cannot be held responsible for the failures. Then you sit for over 3 months with no explanation as why the system is still not working.
