CMS claimed to support companies during strike action, when the strikers were wrecking our property CMS was no where to be seen and did not send a response unit after numerous calls. We were also put on hold. Once the strikers has cleared the response vehicle arrived, claiming they did not have access to the property which was not true. They also promised to be by the property in the event of strike action (presumably to have access should such an incident occur), yet they did not fulfill this promise.

Pathetic service. Guards enter premises goods dissappear and they refuse to take responsibility for their peoples actions. They open gates and dont close it leaving gates open for anyone to enter. They dont resolve complaints in time. Their technical team doesnt resolve false alarms promptly and we have been getting 3 to 10 alarms a day and cannot resolve these issues. Their service is beyond Pathetic. Dont use them is my advice. Their intentions are clear.. so many bad reviews at the bottom.... they responded to the one person who wants a quotation but none if the negative reviews addressed. Want to make money but doesnt want to provide a service?

We have been members for almost 19 years now. We have never had problems, to the contrary we have only had good interactions with the team. They even helped one day when my moms car battery had run down and we needed to get to the airport. Out of desperation we called them an within 5 minutes the two men who were despatched to us were done with pushing the car out of our steep driveway, into the read and had the battery purring as if it did not even know what stress it caused us.We live on the side of a green band and have had multiple episodes where snakes made it into our property, and in each case the team had captured the snake and released in back safely in a new less populated area.These men and women get my 5 star rating without a second thought.Thanks to everyone at CMS who makes our lives less stressful.You guys ROCK!!!

We moved into a new house and had an attempted break-in within the first week with two men trying to climb over the wall. We called them twice that evening and both times they were at our home within minutes securing the premises and ensuring everything is safe. We werent members but they still came out no questions asked. Definitely a company one can rely on in times of an emergency. Thank you guys!

Very dissatisfied customer, Before I start CMS have been giving me excellent service in protecting our property, what I am dissatisfied with is the people installing the systems and also the pricing of the system. I bought a alarm system for R19000 from CMS, the keypad was installed in my bedroom, the bedroom was not bypassed, so we where sleeping with a sock on the passive and the keypad because no one in there right mind can sleep with a bright blue and red and green light. I need to add a few passive now one year later, R19000 and a 10% was offered, they will not be doing any of my alarms for all of my factories and premises and I will also no longer be making any purchases for any of my construction sites. I just want to clarify, hats of and well done to their patrolman keeping us save at night.

There is a very rude security guard who works night shift at my complex. Multiple times he left my guest waiting to be let out to carry on with his own conversation. This evening refused to let my guest in without a hassle despite being an owner and being present. Something must be done. We are suppose to feel secure not threatened and hindered by CMS.

Not very impressed with CMS. It is always difficult reaching the correct department when trying to call by telephone. If and when a technician is required it always takes days before one can come out. After numerous emails requesting certain details to be changed they still have not changed their system.

So disappointing. A major robbery and they did nothing. The SAPS doing a patrol called me. While their security guard were was on duty we had another robbery. This time the neighbors called me. After 2 weeks I still have no answers

Weve had CMS for YEARS. Professional crowd. Sometimes not the most timely, but theyve been there when it counted. The main piece of feedback I have is that I would like to see their presence a bit more on social media and the chat groups. I dont see much representation. As a consumer, it would just feel like an added layer of security. Security is, after all, a team sport across the entire community.

Needed help desperately with 2 great Danes on the N12 highway. They refused to send someone. Said they dont deal with dogs. But what about the potential for a HUGE accident?

After two dogs escaped from their owners yard in Venus street this morning- two CMS Security officers jumped in and helped without hesitation. I sadly didnt get their names, but would like to thank them for being super helpful and friendly. Both were found and returned safely. Much thanks!!!
