This is definitely not a 24 hour establishment. was in at 6am for tests and had to wait until 7 to make payment. made payment and 24hours later said the payment never went through. sent proof and now have to wait until Monday for it to be sorted. the nurse was very good but the rest sucks. will definitely not recommend ampath to anybody

After being referred to the lab by a doctor who called in advance for me to get a Covid-19 test, we were met by a very unprofessional, uneducated assistant who eventually was discouraging us from taking the test. When trying to get assistance from a Nurse Chetty, the reception was very far from customer focused and unhelpful. I went back to the doctor who called them again and we were asked to wait in the car they will come, of which they never did. We left not having the Covid-19 test. I called the them when I got home to be told they do not do the tests, I must go to Pomona. Confused much????

Website indicates 24 Hrs,get to the lab at 18h40 told sorry we are closed.
