Reception stuff not friendly at all, queues are very long...I spent 4 hrs waiting while I called in to pull my file out in early hours of the morning only to find out the person who was assisting me over the phone did not...so draining.

Have been sitting here for four hours with only five patients to be attended to... The staff look like they on holiday and I will never advise anyone to make their way here... Go to medicross, and this is my only regret

Dr Papy Kasongo is fantastic!!!. He explained everything to us in a very clear manner. He has gone over and above to help us. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient. Great work Benoni Health Centre.

Dr Pillay is definitely the best Doctor in Gauteng He has been treating my granny(Mrs D Ragooloo) who is 91 years old for the past +-15 years. He always goes out of his way to listen and understand how she feels. Doctor you are 1 of the reasons why my granny is still going strong. Keep up the Great work. May god always bless you.

Dr Pillay is very professional and takes time to understand the root cause of a problem. The practice is extremely neat and offers a wide range of services. (Probably one of the cleanest I have seen). Will definitely visit this practice again :-)

Dr Pillay is a very professional and friendly doctor, always cracking a joke or 2 which we enjoy 😊 and also takes his time to understand your issues.. We have been going to him for a number of years now and have not been disappointed. He has helped us with many different situations from hubby having gout to a DNC and also helping us to fall pregnant with a healthy baby, he has been really good during our pregnancy and did all the first couple of scans before I went to a gynae much later in the pregnancy. Highly recommend you Dr Pillay u are the best.

I heard about Dr Pillay from a friend and drove over 30km to go see him. After being told for 10 years by other doctors and gyneas that i have PCOS and will never have a child, Dr Pillay helped me get pregnant naturally in less than 2 years after i first started seeing him, he looks for the cause instead of only treating the symptoms! Excellent Dr and not in it just for the money! He is kind, explaines everything well and diligent. We will always drive far and wait in line to see him. Thank you for all that you do Dr, you are a blessing to us all.

Whilst Benoni Health Centre appears to be wonderful, its clean and very well kept.Do not get an Ultrasound here.Its a terrible idea and I am really so disappointed that I had wasted money on appointments.They really have no clue what theyre doing.

Today visited the doctor again ..my first experienced wasnt that well as i waited long and didnt understand y it took long to see a doctor. Today he explained and was given proper explanation. They work with first come first serve..i went there again cos this doctor is the best in benoni..it doesnt take 2 days to heal from flu ...wil recommend him everywhere...

Got told no need for appiontment first come system just to find other people come after us and see the docter before us .Also were told they open at eight yes they do but te docter only come long after nine

My friend told me about Doctor M Pillay. And I went to him for my pregnancy, miscarriage. Flu for the whole family. And He was Very good and Friendly, helpfull . I Told all my friends and family members about him so they changes doctor to him. And they also say he is a very great doctor. So no questions hands off rhe best in town

Sitting here over an hour still waiting to see the doctor but ladies at reception put others who came after me to see the doctor first. When queried I was told that the my name is after theirs when i was there way before them... still in reception area; they wasting time; when i phoned to make an appointment was told its a first come first serve basis so I cant comprehend how someone who signed in after me is seened to first

Dr Pillay is a brilliant practitioner, more from a Gp you could not ask. As one would expect from a trusted family Docter,even from the first Consultation.

The admin staff is the worst!!! Called ahead of time of time to take file out. 6files where ahead of me. Arrived at 9:30 and 12:00 was still in line! Ppl came behind us and passed as we wait! This is my last time the!!!

Most racial consulting ever!!! Sitted in line for 4hrs regardless of having phoned in prior to arrival. All Indian people who arrived after us booked consultation. Black patients seen after the very last Indian patient was seen! The stuff than says they follow a system!
