Was early for my appointment. Doctor saw me and sent me to nurses station. After waiting there for 15 min I finally give a urine sample. They tell me to wait at her door. After 10 min they open her door to realize she left. Then I had to wait again to see another doctor to add to her script. Never had a doctor forget about me before. At least hand a patient over to someone else.

Absolutely pathetic service the staff are very rude and not helpful, my girlfriend made a booking for 12:30 and upon arrival they asked her to wait in the car a nurse will come fetch her. Went in countless times to find out what the hold up is, and while I was waiting people that arrived after us where already being helped and leaving. Waited for over 2 hours and had enough so went in again and then they only came, just for them to tell me I must go take her to the hospital. Its pathetic how we must wait for our medical teams when they supposed to be on point and helpful.

Doctors are good but service very poor. My daughter went in for eczema treatment on the 3rd January 2020. Doctor recommended an injection whereby she waited for a good 80 minutes without being assisted. She left with the prescription without being injected

By the look of these ratings and responses, it is clear that Medicross Benoni, once a nice small reliable place to visit your family GP needs self reflection and probably under new Management because if they dont care about service, nothing will change.The nurse station doesnt even read the doctor notes on a patients file. ALL reception cards about is money - even when doctors request a follow up on a matter. The Clicks, we wont even go there.The parking is entitled, to block someone for 3 hours (Well done at being just another sub-par human being - as if we dont have enough).Wealth over humanity is very evident here and since Corona, the tardy service starts before you enter the front door.Hate that we have scripts there and nothing as an alternative.

I went to see the Doctor on the 7th of June as I have been working as essential staff throughout lockdown and had a muscle spasm in my neck. When I reached inside, the receptionist said that we have an outstanding amount. I said to her I knew about it, but it was for my daughter she only started on our medical aid in May after a 3 month membership without claiming. She picked up the phone and said she does not think I will be able to see the Dr due to the outstanding amount. I said to her that they must send in the claim again as we have sorted it out with the medical aid. She said that they cant. I then said that it is fine and decided to leave as my lunch time was nearly over after standing in the queue outside for screening. Today I see I was billed R426 for the non-consultation. I will not visit Medicross Benoni again even though we have been going there the last 10 years.

The dentist department is the worst ever from the reception staff to the dentists. Dr Kleynhans is rude and can’t admit when she made a mistake a small filling that was done incorrectly is costing us R10 000 now and that is without the crown. She told us to find a new dentist and we must not come back to her. Very disappointed!!

The reception staff are not friendly at all and can’t even speak properly, they asked me to sign their machine without even telling me what it was for, then when I get home I receive emails from Discovery saying I gave my consent to ALL the doctors working at Medicross permission to see my personal records with Discovery Health, I’m shocked!!!!!!!!!Dr. Goosen was very good but you wait 20 minutes for a 5 minute consultation........

Pathetic service today. Dont bother opening on a Sunday. Sitting and waiting over an hour for a doctor to acknowledge us. They made us pay before a doctor could attend to my son(after hour fee) and well hello 60 minutes later still nothing.....

Medicross benoni doesnt even deserve a single star.Upon and answering the phone that rang 15 minutes the lady slams the phone down as Im try to greet her. I HAD TO PHONE 4 TIMES TO GET ASSISTANCE . Pathetic. Ill rather stay with MDC Boksburg. Staff there is a lot more helpful.

My mom has a full medical aid with FedhealthMy mom is in Atrial fibrillation and went in to see Dr Martin Botha as per appointment , their doctors visits are fully covered for by medical aid but has a debt of R500 outstanding from some previous test , this day 7 May 2019 10:00 access was denied to my mom by the senior staff manager whilst my mom is in Atrial fibrillation...... disgusting !!!!!!!! medicross, you are a disgraceDr Jardine ( Heart Specialists) is waiting for Chest X-Ray of my mom and ECG ...I will report you to the medical aid today

Very Very BAD service....and why does it take them 45 min to answer phone ....and when they finally answer they have attitude. The doctors there are seeing 1 patient every 15min.... so please dont tell me that they cannot get extra ladiesto make appointments or answer calls!!!!!! Only 2 ladies to make appointments for all the doctors...and there is a few!!!!! And when you arrive you land up waiting for over 1hour to see him!

Absolutely slow , i wait for more than 90mins at the front reception then another 30mins at the doctors rooms, every time i visit this branch... No idea how the queuing system works either.

The doctors are good, but over expensive (equipment (such as syringes) and medicine) is 200%+ more expensive than the pharmacy, and they dont sent out statement of what your medical aid didnt pay, they wait 6 mouth and then threaten you with lawyers

I took my father medi cross benoni on the 8th of July my father was in a lot of pain behind his right shoulder the dr saw him and said it was bronchitis he did not even send him for extra plates just an injection and that he again the next day have to come back for another injection on friday we heard from our family covet with my father who is sick i immediately called and asked to speak to the dr the person who answered was very unhelpful the sunday 12th of July is my father passed away called the sister at medicross on monday told her my family said covit my father passed away and me and my mother want us to be tested for covet there I was told they do not do tests if one does not have symptoms we have then at Arwyp let test the results of both of us were positive so thank you for your extremely poor service medicross just wonder how many people walk with covet because at medicross you are not tested so thank you for your pathetic service you will never see us again not
