The gym is dirty. Old equipment and the staff is not friendly especially the cleaners. Im in the process of canceling my gym membership due to change of workplace. Its been 3 days no response. The gym manager doesnt pick up calls.They dnt respond to emails. I wnt recommend this gym to anyone

I have 2 gym memberships. Virgin active and Fit extreme. Virgin active I pay 6 times more per month. However since beginning of year excluding lockdown, I was probably 3 times at Virgin active and almost every second day at Fit extreme. I suppose why i come to Fit extreme is the friendliness and the comradeship of all that trains there. Also I think they have very good personal trainers. Wesley is my personal trainer and I just think his professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and focused on results. I would recommend him to any person who would like to be lean, fit or want to build muscle. His training is really vie for money. Eric

Have been with this gym for two years and whoever their maintenance man is he’s incompetent. Machines are left broken and Not fixed for months at a time. People don’t put their equipment back when they use it. It becomes a struggle to workout because you need to search for the matching weights for 15 mins before you can actually start your workout.Only good think about this gym is that it’s cheap..rather pay a bit more for a gym membership than waste your money here.

Love this gym..has everything you need or can think of. I am Training with Wesley and Lee and can not ask for anyone better. You dont feel like a client they make you feel like family. Love them both will not change ever.

I love the gym and the staff that work there, I especially love how amazing my two trainers are. Wes and Lee have been a godsend to my sister, my cousin and myself they are more than trainers. They genuinely care about your well being and your mental health more than your physical health. There have been many times when iv cried and been so emotional at the gym or been sick and they just sit with me and let me cry and talk to me about whats wrong and whats going on. Wes always sits and gives me advice and motivates me and keeps me on the path to achieving my goals. They have become like family and the gym has become my safe place. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

What a disgrace... The staff looks they are being forced against their will to be there. Unfriendly rude short and defenitely not interested to assist. One personal trainer I dont want to call names, he was friendly but shame being amongst other rude people can not be easy.Manager is definitely not up to standard when it comes to assisting and sorting out problems.

Very lekker gym, awesome vibes! Started off lifting weights with not much technique and Wesley Parker corrected my form. He ended up becoming my personal trainer and has blessed me with good steady results, very focused on each individual and he has made a morning gym session very rewarding! Honestly if I could give this gym negative stars I would, it is of bad quality the equipment is not maintained (even though you as customer have to pay extra for maintenance more than once a year), Gym smells horrible and on top of all of the bad quality, rude and disrespectful staff they have no care or regard for their clients and purely see them as a money bank, and a contract. I very highly recommend NOT using this gym. Terrible quality, terrible service, rude staff and a owner who just does not care at all.

Can do better with overall aesthetic appeal but excellent that theres a squash court and swimming pool. Spin class and excellent group classes. Offers alot more than Planet fitness.

Ive been in that gym for more than five years to me its like Im home where I consult with to ease my mind with people and talks lots of talks while Im sweating.

Service was a bit slow... but the staff were friendly and it was clean.

Has everything I need for my training. Sometimes rather humid inside due to the pool, and occasionally a treadmill machine is not working. I tend to go when its quiet and I can focus on my exercises. Its open 24/7 so no excuses, can go at midnight if you want.

They keep distance between machines and sanitise them regularly. Spaciuos also.

This is a gym where people go to really work out. The facilities are good, options are varied, staff are friendly and helpful. Its small, comparatively speaking, but its great.

Inside not aesthetically appealing at all. Group classes are excellent but maitenance is not done regularly on all machines, bikes and steppers. No overall major improvements have been done over the past three years that I have been there.

This is the gym that I go to. Nice friendly atmosphere, not the place to go if you want to parade your latest trendy gym clothes, But should you want a good workout, this is the place. Four squash courts, 25x10 meter swimming pool, and all the necessary gym equipment.

Please stay away from this Gym. The people here are criminals. They sign you up to AEDO, which means you will get debit orders every month, even after you have cancelled your contract. I cancelled my contract and I received two debit orders. One on the 21st of April, and another on the 25th April.

Good to great gym support. Terrible when it comes to the finance side though. Dont recommend joining if you might cancel after 6 months.

Great little gym. Very helpful to the disabled! My grandad whom has lost a leg swims their everyday. They ready at the door to open u0 for him when he comes. Very friendly staff too.

Joined a week ago. If you intend to join ask for Diego he is amazing and realy cares about his clients, from what i have seen he is well loved by his client and for good reason. He follows up and really puts in the effort to help each individual. The equipment is ok and there is some work to be done but over all it covers all my needs. Have not done any clases yet but looking forward to it.

Horrible gym, They have debited me up to 4 times in 1month, when I came in patiently for help they did not bother, they swapped managers and I had to explain my whole story over again, because they dont seem to pass the word to the necessary people. Their water is Not clean, their treadmills are Never working, they told me they bought 8 new ones, there still arent any new treadmills. Their machines dont have pins in so you need to go find some from another machine, Their machines are SKEW and it hurt me a few times! This is not healthy, and if someone hurts themselves, how are they going to take it seriously if they ignore all the little things. Not to mention through all of this, they still forced me to stay- I cannot do anything if they dont hand me a cancellation form. Dont sign up, you will never get rid of them.

Great gym my brother is a member their ! We normally play squash there friendly and helpful staff ! Reasonable membership fee ! And you can negotiate your fee sort of ! Go and have a look if you are looking for a gym in that area

Im a member of the gym I joined solely for the pool and steam room... and the steam room is cold and hardly functional.... otherwise the gym is fine

There is an assistant accounts lady that exceptionally rude over the phone and needs to learn how to speak to customers

The Gym is good - good rates - its a bit of some machines which are now old but you do get the value of what you are paying for.

When asked to please cancel your contract due to personal reasons and health issues they demand all kinds of things from you then send you to the attorneys!!! Never ever join this place it has the worst service and rude staff running it.

My car was hijacked check on the camera around 19:00 was parked in front by the door please fix your security its not up to standard

Do you even lift bro? Aweh I gym by this place. The weights are very weighty. Swimming pool is also very watery. I once lifted 6 plates but that was because we had guests over.

Im currently training there , the place is so cool the customer service is absolutely awesome , THOSE whore searching for a gym should visit there .

Good gym. Its got all the essentials (a pool, saunas, squash court, and of course circuit, treadmills, etc.). And if you lucky to get a special its quite cheap

No wifi, most machines have been inop for over a year, ladies bathroom steamroon never works, you pay high installment for 2nd hand machine which breaks constantly.Pool is exceptional N staff, it could be better in this day n age....

The staff dont really care about its clients just money. The equipment doesnt work yet they take off 400.00 extra a year i think its party money for jamie and Lionel. Shocking service if you want a good price and service sign up with diego. Im a pensioner and was overcharged wasnt bothered to be shown any of the equipment not even where the chang room sauna etc. When i asked Lionel for his help he was too busy running out with jamie. I wonder 🤔

Very welcoming and child friendly even a gym for little ones with equipment designed specifically for them. It was much bigger than I thought and has a heated pool, boxing ring, martial arts studio and all the excercise machines one would normally expect at a gym.

I regret every cent I have spent here. The fact that they have a pool and ncen kids area is where the good stuff ends. The free weight section is a mess, nobody packs weights away and half the machines are missing the pins fir the weight stack. The equipment is opd and badly maintained. There is a huge lack of benches in the free weight section. I stopped going because a workout was just so frustrating.

This gym needs a face lift and upgrades....

Dont bother!!!! Almost everything is always broken everything is dirty no classes as advertised very poor service you pay extra every end of year for nothing. Today reception threatened me and send another client to do there job very unproffesional!!!

I LOVE, LOVE Aqua aerobics. Its Wow!

They took my monthly fee and charged me that 3 times, because other clients were on the same membership(some of which I didnt even know them). Those clients were paying their fee, but the gym still took my money. When I asked if we can cancel the debit order and i will do a eft every month i was told no. Now Im waiting for my money back, its been almost a week, and there is no communication. Also the reps who sign you up have no idea whats happening hence why we had the fee mishap.

Disgusted. Dont care about the members. Instructors dont show for classes and the manager has a no care attitude. Response from manager, he will tell the owner. Equipment is not always working. There is always Out of order signs on equipment where is the maintenance team.

My kids are swimming there since 18 months

Terrible service, never responds to emails, machines never work, staff have no knowledge, equipment is Im terrible order, gym is crowded beyond belief staff are simply there to keep on signing more people up despite the over crowding and lack of equipment that works, false advertising... The list is endless.
