I am very pleased with the facility and well mannered staff members. Also a big A+ is everything WORKS and is in good nick.

Been going since early Feb and really happy we chose this gym over the other local gym. Its pricier than the other local gym, but sometimes you get what you pay for.Sanitizer sprays and wipes for the equipment consistently present. I havent seen the use of masks being enforced in between exercises, but then again youd hope people would take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those around them. Gym equipment mostly new/modern and well maintained. Staff seem happy to help. Although it can get busy, the place is somehow always clean.Definitely recommend it

Excellent assistance to get onto the correct path

This is a fantastic gym, new equipment, good vibe and atmosphere. The only problem with the gym is the amount of personal trainers in the gym. The personal trainers take up the whole stretching area, the passages and some time up to three benches on the weight section just for their clients while they alternating sets. The personal trainers seem not to respect the space of the other customers.

I really enjoyed the experience at Trinergy. They have really comprehensive classes and really take ladies into account. My only critic would be to offer a morning aerial yoga class.

Friendly staff all equipment new and working.Only letdown is the classes are a bit too late in the day to attend.But my focus shifted to concentrating on bodybuilding

Excellent gym. Read some of the reviews not sure why the bad rep. Weight section well stocked for those looking to some bodybuilding. Seperated from circuit and cardio bunny sections. Clean. Go see for yourself and decide. Staff are great. Owner gyms often and is always friendly and greets you.

I have been looking for a gym closer to home and boy am I glad I find this one ..... with friendly staff thats always there to help with any queries you have. Great bunch of ppl that gym there. Perfect if you have kids. While you are hitting the weights they have a amazing play area that will keep them busy.If you are looking for a gym in Benoni it is a must stop....

Im leaving this review on behalf of someone else because after the gym were completely rude, they still had the audacity to block this person on their page before they could even leave a truthful review. Trinergy failed to respond to multiple emails and when they were finally contacted via Facebook the gym was nonchalant and disrespectful. Trinergy did not have the correct email address on their website and thus resulting in automatic renewal of contract and cancellation fees all due to incorrect information on their offical website.All of this would have been water under the bridge of the staff was not rude and disrespectful.

Enjoyable gym with many happy faces and people willing to share their knowledge or give you a hand.Machines are always clean and well kept.

Im a trainer at Trinergy and highly recommend our gym..always new equipment and clean as well as a juice and snack bar..excellent management in an upmarket gym.

This morning before 6.30am they had music in parking lot with full volume. No!!!!! Why do you do this. We also pay rates and taxes and live in area. Keep your bloody idiot music confined to your hopefulle soundproof gym. This is so not cool. Why do you regularly wake up the whole neighborhood. Shame on you

Sadly had terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Asked 5 times(via phone and walk in) to freeze my account and all they did was threaten to blacklist and turn me over to the police for no payment they couldnt simply freeze it as requested from the beginning and no one got back to me. Spoke to someone new every time
