These people are extremely rude and dont know how to deal with patients in a professional manner.

My husband went to see Dr joey de Vos and received a very bad service. She just handed the covid script though the window and walked away. She didnt even ask how is he feeling, he paid full for a appointment

Discovered a truly amazing doc named Dr. George Ehlers at this practice! Such a kind and caring person.I can honestly say that we will never change to another practice for as long as they have this little hidden Gemstone of a doctor in their midst.Our family absolutely adores him because he actually listens and cares.He is the type of doctor that always goes above and beyond to make sure that the patient is comfortable , the level of care that he shows is beyond words!If youre looking for friendly faces you will definitely want to check them out.* The staff here are always helpful and very friendly.*I have never walked out unhappy... Amazing Team they have here

My husband went to the GP. He and a head cold, and was told they cannot assist him.Is the point of going to the GP not to assist with illness??Unprofessional reception staff and unethical treatment of people.I do not recommend this GPs rooms.

THIS DOSNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR...I took my 15 month old daughter there because she was sick, I was told by reception everyone is coughfing and everyone has a runny nose, I was told they couldnt help me and that I must take my daughter to casualty, I found a better doctor that day that was willing to help my baby, its not the first time but the second time they have done this to me, the reseptionist seems to make all the doctors calls and dont care how they treat people, they over book and you end up waiting up to 45 minutes in your car (not even in reception) for a doctor to see you for 5 minutes if, its so unprofessional and I wont reccomend these doctors rooms to anybody. expecially if you turn babies away

Been with these Doctors for over thirty years - took Granddaughter to see them, ( thirteen months old) they did not even see her, was told to take her to casualty by reception. very unprofessional.

I wish I could give them half a star. Frontline service was Very poor and unprofessional. Will not reccomend going to this place even if it was the last place that could help.

Truly horrible place this since Dr Ehlers no longer there , cant even see to the patient but must pay full amount , damn useless , should close down that practice

Not very professional , struggle to get hold of reception , assistance is weak , not very happy at all , poor service!!!

Everytime I have been to this practice, I have experienced a reception who will keep one standing at the counter, their phone rings and while you stand there, both you and the phone unanswered.

After leaving SA 18 Months ago, due to unemployment from BEE reg, I landed up in Ireland 2 weeks ago. Having been in complete isolation for 5 months, 24/7, I had to escape. Whilst in Thailand, one can buy anti depressants OTC, albeit at a low dose, one cannot in Ireland and its exceptionally expensive to see a doctor when earning Thai Baht(half the value of ZAR). I called 4 times before I finally reached Dr. Mazurik who told me, categorically,that he would not write a script for me. He refused to listen when I said the script would be honoured in Ireland and I was more than willing to pay for it. The emergency Int medicine treaty, related to covid is in effect, but he was condescending and outright refused to hear me-a patient of his for numerous years,in dire need! So much for taking that oath doctor!

Dr Anel Myburg went well beyond the call of duty to help me and my wife through Covid-19. A truly amazing and knowledgable doctor!🤗

Most disgusting manners my husband and I have ever received by front desk!!! They act like they doing you a favor when its their job to help people that need to see the doctors !!!! The woman with the black long hair and the Indian youngster are disgustingly rude!!! Something needs to be done about this asap!!

I think the young guy in front, has no idea what hes doing. My appointment was at 9h15, I was here at 9h00, it is now 10h15 and I still havent seen the doctor and he keeps on telling me Im next but everybody else gets called 😷

Was a good experience when i was there yesterday (09/03/2019). The one lady at reception was a bit grumpy but for the rest, it was great. Wait time is a bit long because they are so full. Dr. George Henry Ehlers is an excellent doctor. First doctor in years that actually listened to my health issues. He actually cares about the patient. Would highly recommend them if you are willing to wait a while.

Disgusted, seen Dr Elhers on Tuesday, was advised to call the Dr back and Remind him to give my results to me if I have not heard from him by Thursday morning.. I then did this but no answer at the practice. I called again today 3 times, now suddenly he does NOT talk to patients over the phone (after he advised he would give the results via telephone) Not sure what kind of game or service they render but I will not pay for this nor will I allow my medical aid...

This GP office is useless! you can try calling them to schedule an appointment but you would be wasting your time. I dont think they know how a landline actually works. And when you get there the elderly lady behind the counter is bloody rude. I wont be using this GP any longer and i urge the this GP to get there act in line!

They are forever full, and is never willing to accommodate and appointment or to go out of their way by going the extra mile!

Dr. Ehlers helped my mother visiting here from Sabie. She bumped her big toe 2 weeks ago. Got so bad that she couldnt sleep last night. Dr. gave one look and said nail down. Mother is 76 and for her the thought was soooooo bad. This was done at speaking rooms. An hour and 5 minutes later we were on our way home. Mother without big toenail but all the way smiled. Thank you very much Dr Ehlers and all the friendly aunts and sisters. It has been wonderful to receive such excellent service.

Drs are very good. And thoroughly. But some of the women received are extremely unfit. Isnt that where service begins. Thelma is extremely incapacitated and unhelpful.
