Wonderful helpful staff. Everybody is there to give you the best service ever. They are always eager to help and try to do so as quick and efficient possible. I love the place and can spend hours there. Sometimes forget myself as i love to browse. The Lord gave me many talents. When it comes to arts and crafts including sewing knitting beading and many more. Dubai is the place to be. Prices very reasonable. Keep up the good work guys!

Most of the staff are very helpful, but I found that a few were unfriendly. Prices were not always indicated which is quite frustrating. The trolleys are a little gross which doesnt bade well, especially if you wish to purchase material. But otherwise, lots of parking, prices are decent and it is very well stocked.

What a great place to shop. Professional knowledgeable staff and plenty of them. I received a video from the shop and the assistant could be traced very quickly. She provided me with the fabric in question and helped to find suitable other fabrics. Cutting was done professionally and they checked that both sides were the same length. I would shop there again

Dubai from the door you are wellcome with a smile from the securities and a warm wellcome from the stuff , quite humbling, tbey are ready to assist and you feel that they appreciate you , very respectful stuff , i do not know the Manager and the owner but their results speak for them. Very helpful and kind staff. When I asked for assistance they helped me immediately. Theres a wide range of products and most of them are at a lower price than most places would ask. Theres also a very nice restaurant/café right outside the door which is convenient and the samoosas as delicious. The center is quite hot inside so dont wear too many layers. I cant comment on their material but the wool is good quality for a low price and theres a variety of brands. They also have a lot of cool products that are usually only seen overseas

Basheerah after 7 days do not provide feedback on quotations requested for headboard and electric blinds. They get very arrogant when we ask for feedback.These people do not have any customer liaison skills.We got alternate supplier and within 2 days the product is fabricated and delivered.Shame on you, Basheerah and Dubai Centre !!!
