Ive been waiting since February 2021 for my sleep machine. I never get any response and all your phone numbers is non-existing. This is unexceptable. My medical aid already paid +-paid R10 000.00 and im still waiting. This is very poor client services.

USELESS !!! They refuse to pay my refund bank and medical aid keeps refunding them, Go to Sleep.net rather. Their prices is much lower and they offer EXCELLENT service.

All answer they will keep on giving is that you MUST buy their machines, even when they dont help at all. They just pendle to make more money and dont care about their patients.

Weve been waiting an absurd amount of time for test results. Every time we phone, were told theyll get back to us - they never do. Paying for a service and having to beg them to deliver is ridiculous.
