Ive been waiting since February 2021 for my sleep machine. I never get any response and all your phone numbers is non-existing. This is unexceptable. My medical aid already paid +-paid R10 000.00 and im still waiting. This is very poor client services.

I have been waiting for a year and two months. They said they will let me no but got no reply till now.

I have been waiting for 11 months for a cpap machine. You phone them and they NEVER return a call. They have no interest in their customers

USELESS !!! They refuse to pay my refund bank and medical aid keeps refunding them, Go to Sleep.net rather. Their prices is much lower and they offer EXCELLENT service.

All answer they will keep on giving is that you MUST buy their machines, even when they dont help at all. They just pendle to make more money and dont care about their patients.

No before or after service. Really dissatisfied with their service or rather lack thereof. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Weve been waiting an absurd amount of time for test results. Every time we phone, were told theyll get back to us - they never do. Paying for a service and having to beg them to deliver is ridiculous.
