People should be careful here. Not sure if it involves the doctor as well or just the receptionist staff but they are stealing people’s money. What the thieves do is after you had a paid appointment, they then wait a few months so that you would have probably thrown the proof of payment receipt in the trash. Then they contact you and make the claim that you did not pay and if you do not pay again then they get a lawyer to harass you. Be sure to keep your payment receipt from this place otherwise you might become their next target.

Receptionist Salomie has a personal relationship with patients, endangered the life of my mother when she got personally involved when my mother was seeking professional help for a mental disorder. Salomies interference could easily have caused serious damage and even risked her life. We took Dr Schmidts advice, only for Salomie to then advise my mother seperately in personal capacity. When I booked a meeting with Dr Schmidt to discuss this serious incident Salomie booked me a comsultation with a consultation fee of R550.Great doctor, atrocious malpractice of reception staff. Reception staff should not be giving medical advice to patients.
