Mugg and bean Farrarmere. Always a good place to go for good food and coffee. Staff excellent. However my tandoori chicken was tasteless. Had to put lots of salt on and chutney to get some flavor into meal. Pot pie was OK but huge chunks of tough meat in the pie and couldnt find the mushrooms.

Im very disappointed in the Welsh Rarebit. The coating was overdone and hard. The sauce was mediocre and flowery with no mustard taste. Surely one should be able to pour the sauce over the chicken?

Theres a strong brand consistency with Mugg & Bean so you know what you get. Went for breakfast and the service was good, as was the food.

Service was very good.. Bottomless coffee helps if you have some work to do, just be sure to connect your phone or Laptop to the WiFi and youre all set

Cozy little Coffee shop not a place if you are on the go or using a lap top / android wifi has weak signal or doesnt work at all, staff are not equipped or trained to re-boot system quick enough, takes way to long to get a re-fill not a good stop if you in a hurry other than that the staff seem friendly enough and the cakes are always good at M&B

Very pleased with my first experience at this Mugg & Bean. Only got a take away, but was assisted immediately by friendly staff and the service was prompt and professional. Food was amazing. Will definitely be seeing me again soon.

Wow! How it has improved since my last visit a year or 2 ago. All the balshy, arrogant staff are gone. Fresh faces, fresh attitudes. The restaurant now at least is functioning & welcoming. Ive reserved my final for a future visit, just to check in on & re-assess...Situated in a great centre, easy to reach, always loads of safe parking.

Mugg & Beans food is always good, no matter which branch you go to, but what set this branch apart was the friendliness of the staff and the efficiency and speed of service. The inside is a bit cramped, and we had to squeeze between closely packed tables and chairs, but theyve managed to make it feel cozy.

I’m soo disappointed at the food preparation at this mugg and bean.I once experienced a hair strand in the food and today I bought the standard green smoothie. It is soo disgusting. I’m not even tasting the celery.

Wanted to get my free cuppachino for joining the app. They brought the wrong size and made me pay for it. I made it clear that I wanted the free one. It was the waiters mistake and I still had to pay. Very disappointed.

The quality of food at Mugg & Bean in general has declined while prices have soared.I ordered chicken wings brushed with a ginger basting at M&B Farrarmere. There was not a hint of ginger, the chips were floury & I had to send the chicken wings back, because it tasted off.I only paid for the chips. My husband ordered a hamburger & the patty also tasted dry & off. I will no longer support Mugg & Bean.

Service extremely poor . Waiters loose interest , don’t follow up . Don’t ask if you need condiments. This lack of interest has been noticed over a period of time . Already spoke to manager a while ago . One waiter worth mentioning as the star of the house is Aziz . Unfortunately he was not in today . Management part of the experience is the staff

A great place to catch up with friends or family. Has a great vibe and the menu has various options for any eater. A lot of vegetarian options are also included. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. They also have a variety of creative drink options. A great place to spend a meal.

The carrot cake was terrible as if someone was learning to bake... no spices, just a overly moist cake that tasted bland... the team stood at the door talking on the top of their voices, inconsiderate kids sitting at 2 nearby tables were roudy... we just wanted a quiet cup of coffee and obviously chose a bad day... one would think after 3pm, that others would be quieter... I can understand a noisy lunch time or breakfast but we chose a quieter time and were bothered 😞

The food is lovely, and it has a lovely vibe... only problem is, the range of choices is minimum.. also, I love STRONG coffee, and their coffee just doesnt match up to that. If youre looking for a cool place to get together with friends for a coffee, then thats your spot.

A group of ladies had a Paint Night at Mugg & Bean. What a nice idea. Full of fun and relaxation after a hectic schedule. These events can promote well being and support business as they provided the venue. Lovely food.

Tasty food. Decent size portions.Just a comment on number of staff in attendance...... Not sure about your waiter to table ratio. We were there on a Sunday morning. Relatively quiet. 12 Frontline team members. Seems over kill. 2-3 tables per person? Most of them stood a row outside. Felt like we were in a fish bowl. How can they go home with decent tips when so many people are on duty at the same time?

Excellent breakfast, with lots of choices. I chose the M & B Classic with a cappuccino and cream and struggled to finish. Didnt eat for the rest of the day, until evening dinner. Great value for money. Good service from attentive waitron.

Please can you tell the clients what time youre closing when they arrrive 45 minutes before closing time, so that they can decide whether they want to rush eating, gulp the food down when you start pacing up and closing down while theyre still eating! It happened with us today....were not from.this area so we dont know the operating hours, terrible experience.....will never go there again!
