We went to telkom today for two contracts and the lady who helped us was Katusha Chauke and she was just spot on very friendly with us explained everything to us what will happen and what is going to happen everything from the contact was explained to us and she was just excellent you guys may give her a big bonus or promotion she really deserves it thank you for your service today

Its unfortunate when you have to go instore to do something that can be done online but Telkom messed the online order up as well. I requested an upgrade on the 3rd March and still dont have it. I canceled the online order after they supposedly tried to deliver twice to me but I got no calls. Walking into the store I was glad there was a gentlemen helping out instead of the rude and unhelpful lady that is usually there. Only for her to emerge from the back, ready to do battle and tell you that your documents are not in order without even looking. She deserves a job at Home Affairs. Frustrating that a simple upgrade on a cellphone contract can take more than a month.

I regret going here 3 times to achieve absolutely nothing.

Check for a queue as can take a while to service each customer, new cell contracts seem to be super complicated and take ages to complete........consultants are friendly.

Availability of all types of fones

Tried to apply for LTE two times already. The first order was canceled after three weeks, and when I asked why they could not give any reason. A case was opened and I was given a case number as well as a new order number. The case got resolved but I received no feedback from Telkom and the new order is also going nowhere.

Waiting time is absurd and painful!!!
