What a great experience from your service centre. I appreciated that the dealer (service manager) accepted a mistake they made and corrected it without any arguments or wasting of time. The lack of delivery was due to part was delayed due to c-19.

Its my 1st time at Casseys ford, wanted to give them a try as theyre around the corner from me and we have two ford transits. Terrible service took my, work van in on monday for a service its now Thursday and still nothing. Michelle at the front desk doesnt take her job seriously, she always promises to call back and update, but unfortunately never does, and when asked about it she starts getting argumentative and rude. I see in the reviews many other people complement the service department but all say that the staff promised to updates then and never do. Ford this is an easy to rectify. Get the front of house staff on the ball please.Thank you

I once took my car to them to serviced and when took back it showed engine service now, I called them and I was told to reset it which I did, But the error disappeared for few days and came back again.. Went back to them to see if they can diagnose my car, Guess what I was told to reset it again.#Disappointed

This is the closest ford to me, thats why I use them, the workshop foreman is always very helpful and accommodating, my problem lies with the reception and service advisors, if you call them the reception lady will take a message and then no one will phone you back...got my ford back today at 16h30, been there since Wednesday afternoon. Still having plentiful communication problems with them, the one thing they must sort out is communication.

Missed service interval by 1000km after long weekend Ford refused to cover service. The maintenance plan now finishes. We find sump cover plate missing, pollen filter black probably never replaced. Half the screws holding panels missing. Rip off

I made an inquiry on a certain car about 2 months ago, the sale rep called me and advised me that i cant afford it despite earning more than R10 000, i gave up until recently when Regan Verrier called me and advised that he cant assist us, his service has been very professional he gives us an update everyday which i appreciate even if i dont get the car i can always recommend Regan Verrier to anyone else he is the best.

Service is dependent on the color of your skin. This is by far the worst dealership of driving Ford since 2015!Im disgusted! And one of the bloody thieves stole my pocket knife! Why? You shouldve asked and Id have given it to you. Only pity theres no zero star rating!

What a disappointment. They had the right car for me. After working with them from Monday - Financing etc,.... Eventually after flying all the way from Durban to fetch the car - Thursday morning I am told someone had already booked and bought the car the previous Saturday. Definitely not what one would expect from a well known dealership group!

Worst service ever, if you want to do an annual service go else where. My car was in for 2 days for a regular service. No explanation on why the service wasn’t done on day one. No courtesy vehicle. The next they said it’s ready at 3pm but wasn’t even washed or prepped to be handed over. Terrible service go else where.

Not friendly at all. The Service Manager Cobus Vermaak is very rude. They eventually got the job done on my vehicle after a huge struggle back and forward. They only got the job done after I phoned the Principal so I give credit to him but not to his staff at the service department especially the Service Manager.
