Bought a used Scorpio with a 12 month warranty on the gearbox and prop-shaft that was worked on by Mahindra Benoni. After half a dozen visits to the outsources gearbox company, it is still leaking! Mahindra Benoni wont take responsibility. The last time I visited, the vehicle was kept for a whole month, with a different excuse each time I followed up! I will not recommend!
Absolutely shocking service. My vehicle went in to be repaired, which took nearly 3 months. No job cards signed, made me run around after them to it, going as far as withholding my personal property that was taken from my vehicle without my consent initially.When my car came back, the alternator was not working and was leaking huge amounts of oil. Had it checked by an independent party, after sending the vehicle back to Mahindra Benoni to be assessed first, only to find out they had bent my sump causing the leak, hadnt installed the oil pump correctly leaving bolts in the pan, and had not connected the alternator correctly. This nearly caused an engine seizure and huge damage to my vehicle.To date still not a word from them, as my calls and emails have been ignored. Please stay away from these guys as they are unprofessional and clearly have no idea how to work on any engines.

I had a despute with Mahindra benoni,my wife was only given a job card to sign under the understanding that a warrenty will pay for a defect on my bakkie no qoute or estimate was given.Got a call later saying the defect is fixed and you will be held accountable for labor for 2 hours of r1500 and if you dont pay that amount for labor then it wont be relised.the branch pricipal did not try to solve the issue and the service advisor laughed in my face when i told her you never told me about this. Dont get caught by unexpected costs that you did not accept,they said they told me that the warrenty doesnt cover the cost but they never did, not even a call.i Wont go there ever again.ps a job card isnt a quotation or an invoice

Only thing that i am concerned about. Is the noise the XUV 300 W6 make. Sounds like something is loose..and start up noise is hardIs there something maybe small thats wrong. Quick deligent friendly service
Not even worth 1 star...got the worst service of my life. I bought a car in September and from the first day it gave me problems. They failed to fix the car on 2 previous attempts and the 3rd time the engine seized while at their workshop in October, I still have yet to see my car. In the meantime I am stranded without a vehicle, instead of a courtesy car all I have gotten was empty promises and bad attitude. Will never recommend them to anyone, after 3 months they have not bothered to find a solution to my problem.
