Shower and toilet inside the room has no door. Theres only a curtain separating bed from shower and toilet. I didnt bring my own coffee sugar or milk as I was assured coffee and sugar and milk available in the passage outside. It never gets topped up. Staff is unhelpful has a attitude. Thin old duvet on bed. Heater works but not warming the room. No kettle or fridge inside the room. Parking limited. Owner didnt pay back deposit as promissed. She was accusing us of smoking inside the room. She was aware my husband smoked inside the room but didnt notify him or complain about it for 2 days until booking out to use as a reason to keep depositNo Guesthouse name appears on the building. Doesnt have a guesthouse feeling. Its asif living inside a strange house with other people. Sorry wouldnt recommend this guesthouse

I had a change in my business travell plans, have to be in Pretoria tomorrow, tried to cancell one night and was told i need to give a 30 day notice.And thats not the only reason, look at the pictures i add.So i got a reply from the people at the guesthouse, i was told that i did not look at the total package, that there are more expensive rooms available, even with mini bars...wow, thank you. Your reply to my complaints about no hot water, let alone warm water, was because i did not pick a more expensive room, also the reason i complained about poor service was because i didnt pick a more expensive room from their website....i am glad to know that the cheaper room i picked had smelly sheets and no warm water and a dirty shower, because i did not pick a more expensive room...thank you Moye Guest house...i will definately make sure that NO-ONE i know, ever comes close to your establishment.

It was neither amazing nor was it bad. Its a basic guest house.

Terrible experience, the owner is very nosey and rude. Definitely dont recommend his place if you like privacy. Had to wait for my Uber she made me wait outside the property in the hot sun. Waste of money terrible experience and her staff are useless, waited 2 hours to have our room cleaned.

We had a nice stay at Moye Guest house such a hospitality ,although it was cold but we were provided blanket and a heater, keep it up Guyz , we will come back again .
