Worse than one star.There is no WiFi as advertised, no hot water staff make loud noises early morning. Rude staff unsafe parking not worth the money rather go to ecomotel

If i could rate 0 stars, i wouldnt hesitate.We booked during the day, confirmed our booking. At 11pm when we arrived in town and called to announce our expected time of arrival. We were told that its fully booked and there is no place for us. The lady on the phone was also very rude and did not bother referring us elsewhere or making any form of attempts to rectify what they have done.

HORRIBLE. You accepted my booking knowing very well that you had a party and MOSTLY you are under renovations. After a 6 hour drive all I wanted was to rest . I complained about noise after 8pm but it went on till early hours of the morning. I slept for 4 hours, I had an early morning appointment and later a 4 hour drive 😓. You generally dont care about guests . Most people making good reviews here are your relatives from Malawi. There is no food at the property. If you ask them they will charge you a R100 for a mere plate of pap and beef. In the morning for close to 30 minutes I looked for the receptionist to check out but he wasnt there. The gate was not locked and my car was parked just in front of the gate . I left and nobody noticed .NO SAFETY . THEIR SERVICES ARE JUST HORRIBLE

Beautiful place but foreigner s working there. Are not getting it in terms of our needs. Especially the reception guy who sleeps on the floor of reception. When you have a visitor during the night, he complains does not want to open. Telling you he wants to sleep. Sleep where? Reception? I mean really

We called to book 2days n we arrived n paid for one on arrival. Next day when we wanted to extend our stay we were told to move out. We slept in a boss bedroom with her staff/personal belongings inside. Ladies staff are so rude but the guys where lovely. No privacy at all. One lady slept next to our room on the floor. I think you have many incessary untrained staff. Room was nice n bed very confirtable.. There is a room for improvement. No one like sharing a bathroom.

The signage is small to see while driving, they dont answer their office line. We waited at the gate for almost an hour. We were not feeling safe. Had to go through their loud pub next to the Guest House. It was scary. After finally finding them. They said since we did not check in at 14h00, they assumed we were not coming and gave our pre booked room to someone else without checking with us 1st. When I mentioned that I have been calling, it was no big deal for them. They could not find their gate key. So we had to wait some more...

Unprofessional staff

Left my room locked. Cleaning staff went through my bags and ate my food. Disgrace of a bnb. How can you employ staff who steal?Contacted your manager. No reply.

The place is good, free Wi-Fi usage, very close to the shopping malls, warm hospitality and all workers are very friendly.

I will not advice anyone to spend a night at this place, the service is poorly at it best nothing is communicated with.The is a bad smell the floor is made of wood and has a funny sound.No privacy, you can hear people walking in the walk way when at your room and the is a lot of noise.

Whoooo as for me Im never going there again,the sheets were dirty and the shower too small and the water cold and the washing tub had a hole in it.

Service was very poor. It felt like we hired a backroom from a township. We had no privacy. I wouldnt recommend it
