I am not happy about the service I received,I went to the branch last week Monday on the 30th of July and today is the 6th and my matter is still not resolved. I was promised a phone call and that never happened, I called today and they took my ID number and even now they didnt call back and the phone calls are not answered
A disgrace. 3 hour queue to collect a card. What a backward system cant even courier a card. What a waste of time. What a horrible experience Im so sorry i opted to use absa
Absa service is bad and the stuff is inconsiderate having one branch for a lot of people and the cut off lines for devices after being in the queues for a long time the inform you after they decide they are closing such a bank wouldnt recommend anyone to used them for anything
Dont answer phones ! and queues out side ridiculous
Very bad service 2 consultans only to open an account and staff dont care to assist niether the manager in the bank no where to be seen
See the pictures for proof..... i go to the bank i see there is no one in the queue . i go to a teller who is doing nothing, she tells me to wait for bulk???? btw bulk had someone inside. i waited in the empty area for 20min before going into bulk... well done.. all you guys should realise there is a job shortage in SA.... changing logos doesnt help if the mentality is still the same....
Very bad service standing in the queue for the whole day and when I come to the door they say we closed. Never coming here again. 😡😡
