Been calling this branch for 2 weeks no answerEmailed them and the head office still waiting for a reply. OM has the worst service I have ever received from any business!

What disappointing service from Old Mutual Lakeside Mall. My cover did not reflect on theyre system. I had to fill out a manual application and was told Id be receiving feedback. Its been 4 days and no one has contacted me regarding my application. Ive been paying since 2015 and I am willing to terminate my cover and lose my money. Anything is better than having to deal with theyre horrible service. Would not recommend Old Mutual to anyone. As Im grieving the death of my father I would expect empathy from the staff but none was received. My heart is broken.
