Took my car in to TVR for a service and they delivered excellent services! Owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and my car is back to perfect running condition without breaking the bank!!Thank you to all at TVR Electrical and Mechanical.

Poor poor poor service. If I could give a negative I would. Never going back there. My car left worse than it came in.

Terrible customer service, I took my car for fuel gauge repairs, after countless delays due to their negligence I went to pickup my car and had to pay R9700.00 only to find that they crashed my car and miraculously denied they were responsible. After much arguing, the owner agreed to pay for reparing the damage. I also discovered later that day that they swopped my battery for an older smaller one. Oh and just a week later I discovered my fuel tank is leaking. But after such a terrible service I wont bother taking it back, theyll just do another substandard work.

My car wasnt starting an a morning After 3 days and almost R4000 my car was over heating. I was told to drive it like this! Had to take it to other mechanic and sue him for my money. Ridiculous. Worst experience ever.

I took my car for not starting, they took 2 weeks to diagnose a problem, which was alternator and they replace fuel filter as well.they carry on ordering parts and fix the car without telling me how much it will cost. The following day they called me and told me about the invoice of R9200. There are unprofessional and incompetent.

Ten star plus. After my first visit I was so impressed by their professionalism and expertise, I have been back with family members to have their cars tended to. They are a friendly, honest and experienced group of men.

Efficient and helpful. I have usually always used CarServiceCity but after a rediculous qoute I sought out a new service provider. TVR sorted out damage to steering and shocks for a great price, much lower than CarServiceCity.

They have the vehicle ready when they say it will be. They are very efficient and they do a great job.

Worst ever. I took my car there for the electric windows to be fixed only!! Now my car doesn’t want to start at all!!!

Terrible customer service. If youre not a guy stay away. Liars as well. Charge you for things they dont even do. Sub standard work charged at premium rates. Appalling.
