After twlling them exactly what is wrong with the car , they send a quote for exactly what i said was wrong - for a ludicrous price ( more than the dealerships).which i then refuse , which they didnt seem to like.When i came to fetch my car , they didnt want to give me my car unless i pay a R750 diagnostic fee - after i said exactly whats wrong with the car ..nonsense , diagnostics get run on electrical problems etc , and when a owner cant point out what is wrong ..ludicrous prices , and very poor work ethic s.will never use them or recommend them ( i have more than 8 cars in my fleet .)

Spend R135K with Bosch Car Service in Pomona to experience the worst service ever and therefore I honestly can not recommend Bosch Car Services Kempton Park and Benoni. They initially quoted for a starter costing R8.5K and then over time they found other things that needed attention and it eventually escalated to R135K which I have paid in full. I felt like they were learning their trade to work on my car as I dont believe they have the technical skills to perform the work that they have quoted for. I honestly dont even think they worked on my car but outsourced the work. Every time I got my car back and reported back to them that it was still not correct, they would find something else to fix and quote for and resulting in me pay again. I had to phone them the whole time for updates as they never provided feedback. Every time you phone the owner Pieter indicates that he was just about to phone you and then he would acknowledge that he is guilty in not providing feedback and that he was just waiting for supplier to come back but I should worry he did what he needed to do, he only failed in giving me feedback. Initially I bought into his charm but over time I realised he doesnt care for his customers. Please make sure you get all their quotes in writing as well as prices quoted in person varies from final pricing. I have referred the matter to the ombudsman without success ( the ombudsman opened a case and so far acknowledge my complaint but has never attended to the matter other then letting Bosch know I have lodged a complaint) and the case is now ongoing for 30 months without any conclusion. Honestly you would do better trying to fix the car yourself. Bosch Car Service as a franchise also has no complaint line. They initially had a Facebook page but I believe due to the amount of complaints they are receiving they have shut down the complaints section. I would be keen to get in touch with other customers to see if we cant compare notes and see if we cant get enough complaints together to start a class action against Bosch Car Service as I believe they should be closed down. My car ended up with Bosch Car Services Benoni to attempt to get it fixed. I visited them once in person to find out what was going on and the owner refused to give me feedback on my car as I was not her client. She said I needed to talk to the owner of Bosch Car Services (Pomona) which is her husband.

Poor serviceMy client took her car unofire here for mechanical attention.she collected the car in a same condition if not worse.and she is a pensioner if felt sorry for her paying so much for nothing

I had a tail light bulb that had to be replace. I was there 15min and the work was done professionally and I only paid for the buld. Know extra charges, just friendliness.

Car was misfiring when i brought it in, it runs now which i am gratefull for. R2300 for 4 new spark plugs and a new ignition which I am convinced they broke, car still misfires and jerks but runs. Got the car back dirty, phoned in to tell them I still have a problem, they asked me to bring it back. I wont be returning though. No faith in the Bosch brand anymore, still waiting for a quote from Bosch Midrand who repaired the car for me once before

Rip off,Dec 16 was quoted and paid R14700 for so called major service and parts replacement for air con unit, lasted 6 months then went back and refilled it twice with gas, every time lasted only 1-2 months, was told many parts have been replaced, which is b....it, total rip off.Mircea Gavris,

Service is extremely poor. Do not keep people up to date call them all the time. Never take pump and injectors for 2 weeks. I can not even tell if its wrong and its not the first time its happening. Extremely weak.
