We bought an XBox from another store in Pretoria and when we got home the AC adapter did not work so we Went to Northmead to exchange but at first the owner said he cant help us and we have to go back to the store in Pretoria . Eventually he did give us a extra AC adapter, and so far so good. Best service ever !! Thank you so much. !

I wanted to buy a PS3 game and the box and CD was labeled incorrectly. I was advised that they will look for the game and call me. That was yesterday. Today I was there to enquire if they found the game, quess what, I have not looked for it yet. 5 staff + standing around, nobody at the counters and no effort to look for the game CD.I will not buy there again and I advise people not too.

The service is very bad.They wanted to sell me an air conditioner with out the exhaust.When I asked about it,the sales person told me that they will look for it and get back to meI waited over 2 weeks for them and eventually today 7 November he phoned me to come as he found the exhaust.I told him that I will come today.I also phoned back and asked what time they were going to close today and I was told that it would be at 5pm.I arrived at the store at about 2pm .The supervisors and sales person told me that they sold the unit and it was first come first serve.I spent money to get bakkie to fetch the air conditioner.The staff showed no empathy at all.There was nothing they can do about it.I am a long time customer to cash crusadersNot only at north mead but at centurion,lakeside and Nigel.The store showed no respect for the fact that they asked me to come purchase the productand still sold it to someone else.Not even a courtesy call to inform me that it was sold.

Would give zero stars if I could .I purchased a cell phone a few weeks back from them . Cellphone had no storage and SD card slot did not work either . I went back to ask them if I could return the phone and purchase another phone that isnt faulty .I purchased the phone for 1200 rand .they offered me 650 rand after just one month of owning the faulty phone. They already made there profit of me and they wanted to do it again ! Extremely unhelpful money hungry people who give there franchise a bad name .I had the exact same instant in there boksburg branch however the boksburg branch was far more professional, sent the phone in for repairs , still was faulty then offered me to choose a different phone.I will not recommend this branch at all but rather the boksburg branch .I am extremely disappointed and upset about this situation as a company sells you a phone offering a 6 month warranty product tested however selling you faulty equipment then upon return trying to make more profit of you instead of rectifying the problem and keeping the customer happy.

Bought a brand new phone on the 30th of December .after the first day the battery only lasted about 5 hours, Went back in after 5 days and they dont wanna exchange the phone that is still under warranty , but when i brought it back now they bring up that the battery isnt under warranty and the phone is only couple of days old , so the wanna buy it back from me but now its secondhand , will never recommend this place, And thanx to the manager of Cash Crusaders Northmead Square for being so unhelpful

Staff not helpful, they are more hor people who need cash

Their new charges is not like their other branches and we feel ripped off. They charge you double for every transaction (ie: initiation fees plus interest), they run out of money by 14.00 - we will not go there again. Weve found another branch to help us in our hour of need
