If according to your details on google you close at 6pm. Then at 5:10pm you better be open!! And also why do you also need to mentally prepare to fight with the staff whenever you want to return a product.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Managed by an approachable and understanding manager. I have burnt my fingers a few times when buying secondhand goods in the past. I recently purchased a few appliances and tools at very reasonable prices from them in excellent condition and good working order.

Not willing to accept laybyes on second hand goods not negotiable on pricing compared to other branches shopping experience is disappointing very friendly staff management is a problem they only made the sale due to the stock availability and condition of the stock I was reasured that it will sell if I dont buy it so I was basically told to (go and take my money with me) someone else will buy thanks Ill reconsider shopping at this branch in future .

Bought a second hand television on Saturday (18/01/20) afternoon, and they switched it on to show me it was working, then switched it off again.when got to my place I switched it on and selected the channels, i watched it for not more than 10 minutes then it switched off, tried switching it on but it didnt switch back on.because I didnt have transport to take it back and it was a bit late, I took it back to the shop the following day (18/01/20), I told them what happened and that its either they give me another TV or they refund me.the staff was very rude, instead of helping me or coming up with the solution, they kept on coming up with excuses that the TV was working before leaving the store, so its not their fault, I mean like they said it has a 6 months warranty, now they cant assist me because the TV was working before.i asked them to call the manager, the manager was nowhere to be found, they said theyll call me the next day (20/01/20), I had to call them and asked to speak to the manager, he was also rude, He also mentioned that its not his fault he still needs to take the TV to the technicians, then i asked him when is he going to get back to me, he said he doesnt, not this week, not next week and not even the third week.Im so disappointed and I dont think Ill buy anything from them again. I really need my money back.

Not impressed of the repear system they used.. They had my item for 3 weeks only to find out they didnt fix it.. Now I have to wait again for them to repear it. Totally unacceptable

They sell. A doodgee make cellphone. Please do not buy this product. The last from n week to a month or to and get soft ware problems. I had a replacements phone within 7days tree months later software problem. Phone in for repairs. One day later the sim card did not want to pick up network. In for repair for more than a month. Now the phone is missing. Tree months without a phone in six months. Unacceptable. Manger johan very friendly though. Please do not buy a doogee phone.

I went on a Sunday, lots of staff standing around chatting with each other. Two people at the counter but only one till open because the other one is sitting there eating. What should have taken max 5 minutes ended up taking 15 minutes.
