Ive always loved going to wimpy whenever I came to Belfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Ive never had a problem with food, always delicious and up to standard. The problem I had yesterday is that I couldnt find the milkshake sale which is on Sundays. The waitress knew nothing about it and it actually started on the 9th of July and yet by the 21st they still dont have it.

My favourite stop since 2011 I really enjoyed this place every time when I leave belfast or go to belfast i always stop by and get something.

I got the Quickest service, all our orders were precisely made to our specifications 👍😋keep it up!

Not great .Tables dirty. Floor dirty. Staff not wearing masks correctly touching faces. Not sure i will return here at Christmas time. It will be a breeding place for covid.

Its hard to be understood in the store, doesnt seem like management cares. Been here almost every day and no one knows how to fix the WiFi.

Very convenient stop over with a good old Wimpy. Pity most of the drinks were not available on the day, so we settled for coffee and coke, for which you don’t really need to stop at a Wimpy.

Not very busy, did not sanitize the tables and accessories probably.We waited 30 minutes without anybody assisting us, nor giving us menus.Very disappointed!!

No cappuccino. Waited half an hour after we ordered to inform us there is no flapjacks. Another 10 minutes after that to inform us the chip machine was broken. Finally got our food 45 minutes after ordering. This after the waitress has been changed 3 times. And 2 managers came to check on the table. Bad bad service.
