Beautiful little KFC outlet that gives you a cozy, homey feel. You will find ample parking here, which is a big plus. The food is okay.However, service is slow.

Lovely place to go, especially during off pick . Covid did change something but still a good day place to go for a nice brake. Check out time was 10 am during our stay which I fing reasonable

Wait long in drive through. The white meat that came with fully loaded meal was only carcas with less meat than a drumstick...

I had to wait for about 30min to get my order, my order was short with 2packets of fries and zinger wings, but what I like the most is the fact that their food is always fresh.

The food is good makes up for the waiting time.....but thats an area needs improvement on....waiting time.....time its not on our side .....we need in and out

They need more staff... and thier drive thru (the entire reason I went past this particular KFC all the way from lydenburg) was blocked with a delivery truck... that seemed to be just sitting back and relaxing... only one visible staff member in the front, and he seemed to be doing everything, from preparing the meals, to taking the orders and everything between... other than that.... its a KFC... I chain store... what else am I supposed to rate it on?

I had a couple of bad experiences with this KFC. Last night again. Ordered two fully loaded boxes. Waited about 30min. When I got to the drive window to pay. They gave me the wrong order. Its like they do it on purpose. They gave me my money back and I left without food.I always say give people a second chance. I gave Belfast KFC lots of chances. There is no proper management to manage the place

I waited 40 minutes in the drive through line of 5 cars. There was no way to reverse or leave the line. Nobody in KFC could explain the delay. We picked up our order and realised half way down the road that we did not get our drinks. I would not be so disgruntled if a manager had stepped in or at least communicated with the people in line. I hope this was a one off experience and the people of Belfast generally get better service.

Apart from the fact that we waited almost half an hour for our order, my daughter found a hair on het burger, and we only received 9 dunked wings instead of 10, so Im highly disappointed

I went to KFC yesterday on drive throu. I have been told that if I am swipping I must go and buy inside. Power management. I can even buy through the window and they use the machine to swipe the one that is inside.I dont get it

Coffie machine broken no buddy cool drinks. They remove you number from the screen so you cant see when your food is ready. The cashier was unable toe explain the 50/50 deal. Music so loud I battled the hear her.

Waited outside for store to open at 7am. The store did not open on time. Hooted and even asked the staff what time the store opens they confirmed at 7am. Manager walking around in the store and would not assist. Eventually left as this service is true disappointing for the town of Belfast.

Keep on driving. There will always be an issue of sort, either a truck parked in the drive through, card machines not working or beggars stopping you either in or out

This place gives new meaning to fast food! Are they on strike or a go slow? Queues going out of the door for both queues. Now theyve stopped taking orders for the past 10mins. Hope the food is at least decent.

Situated next to fourway stop in the middle of Belfast town and as a results accessible to most people. The shop is always clean and the staff are friendly. Their biggest challenge is that theres always new staff with no experience and that causes unnecessary delays in getting orders processed on time.

Management got a better team. Better chicken. Keep it up guys

The restaurant wanted us to spend more and hence said that only double crunch was available even though they could have given us a single crunch. We were a 11 people there at night without any other option. Hence had to eat there. Otherwise it was a bad choice we had to make.

The service is very slow. It is for second time I stopped there to buy just simple meals, streetwise twos but yesterday I waited for more than 30 minutes and it was not full at all. The KFC Belfast service is very poor. I dont want to talk about the drive thru.

Worst service i have ever received by KFC where do you stand and wait in the parking area for your food when you have used the drive through. They wont se me again.

Poor service..and in addition to that they dont ask for your permission for the R2 donation.They just add the donation to your order and not only do they add it but add R2x 3, please check your receipts especially when buying via the drive-thru as I have experienced this at least four times.

Really bad experience... I went to get the 6 for 65 special and they told me they dont have it and they dont have coke to go with the wrapsta box so she suggested cream soda just to find out that they dont have that too... Understanding the problem they had on valentines day with the loadshedding but really having KFC open while they dont have any chicken is useless... Im really dissatisfied with this...
