Staff all really pleasant and friendly. Not many deli products but what there was looked fresh and was nicely displayed. Unfortunately the majority of the staff werent wearing their masks properly, or at all (mid covid!)

Busy atmosphere. Lovely white & black floir tiles. Excellent service. Seating inside & outside. Easy to access (from your table) toilets. Interesting menu but not too foreign. Well be back.

First time at the deli and absolutely loved it! Their food was out of this world and freshly made! Definitely recommend trying their homemade nougat as a dessert.

Generous portion, good value; much bigger at the back than the shop front reflects. Service was a bit slow but it was very busy.

We were delighted to find The Apprentice open yesterday, as nearly the whole town was taken over by a film crew. We had very, very good coffee and pancake. And we took quiche and freshly baked buns home. The buns were straight out of the oven. Very very nice and tasty. Will definitely return the this place

Could gave been Great, but we arrived at closed doors. Were hungry and thirsty, but what an anticlimax! Not open on Mondays

An amazing experience... a coffee shop with the name Apprentice but it should definitely rather be Professional! The best coffee, excellent food and delicatessen combined with friendly and effective staff and a hands on owner... the right person on the right spot at the right time! This Apprentice can challenge any similar coffee shop in the country! Bedford can be proud of it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
