We ordered take aways and were very disappointed at the portion sizes compared to what you get when you eat there. We contacted the manager on duty who was very helpful but this was not the first time. Compared to our first visit after opening and now, the portions have significantly changed. However, this is just one review and others may have a completely different perspective.

Ordered starters, garlic snails and prawn, there were no garlic at all, ordered main dishes, 600g ribs, ribs came cold on the plate and didnt look like 600g ribs looked like 100g, waiter was confused when we asked him about it, food took 2hours and drinks took long aswel, not a good experience, they must come and take tips from pretoria restaurants, the price i had to pay for this poor quality service and food was an absolute joke!!! Will not recommend to take your family there period!!

Had dinner here and ordered a cold beer which was not cold at all. Ordered a medium cooked steak and it was more rare than anything else with blood still seeping out. They did not rest the steak at all. Overall I was not happy with the service as the special for the day was also not available. Will rather try someplace else next time

Wonderfully relaxed and excellent value for money. We shared a plankie which was rump steak, lamb chops, a few pork belly riblets and boerewors with veges, potato bake and braai broodjies. Wow! Every mouthful was excellent and we polished off the whole lot. It took a while to prepare but the waitress kept checking on us while we enjoyed a bottle of wine. The restaurant is in an old couragated iron building with beautiful wooden window frames. We sat outside while a number of locals sat watching the rugby on a large screen. Relaxed casual atmosphere. I feel like moving to Barberton just to be able to enjoy this place more often!
