Visited Barberton KFC at 16h35 today.The ONLY item that was available was a wrap.NO nuggets..NO pieces of chicken.NO burgers...only wraps.Totally pathetic.Might as well close it down.Definitely wont see me as a customer again.

KFC Barberton have awesome staff members who are always friendly and ready to help their customers.

I placed my order for a All in one that is supposed to be 6 piece chicken 2 lrg chips 2 coal slaw 2 mash. I received a 6 piece chicken and 2 lrg chips. I have waited for more tha 40 minutes and noticed that all the persons that were behind me already left and my number was not called and new orders were collected. I asked the lady what went wrong with my order but they could not help me. I then looked through orders on the counter with numbers written on to the bags and found my order. Needless to say the food was cold. I complaint about the cold food and was told they will only replace the chips with hot ones. That is very poor service. Last week friday I popped in for a breakie wrap and this time the place was not busy at all and waited a long time for my order until a male person came from the back and tried to get the staff going. Supervision seems to be a problem.

As KFC goes this branch was the best KFC I have had in South Africa, excellent thank you.

Lovely home with cool food

Barberton KFCNot the first bad experience we have had, but with not much options in Barberton after a while AND LOTS of complaints we hope its better and try again, but NO.From rude, unhelpful staff to horrible food.We saw a fb advertisement on Sunday special for 9 piece bucket for R99 but when we arrived the person taking orders said that is NOT available ANY more, confused as we just saw the advertisement on fb we could not find said advertisement so we had to pay the full R125. On arrival att next window to pick up the food its said you have to order online for that special immediately i said well if the lady then att order window said that we could have done so but now its paid for what can i do. Got home to eat, chicken is dry, tastes old and the supposed to be tasty outside layer is just gross, tick of flour more than anything.So over this KFC and the arrogant unhelpful staff, horrible food & the fact that there is NOTHING done about the countless complaints 🤬

The way they treated me at work according to my past experiences

Waiting for over 50 minutes in drive-thru is just out. I dont know if they are slow or always out of stock. There is a serious problem if customers always complain about wrong orders which is followed by rude services from the staff. I hope this gets better.

Service is quick and food very well done!

Very poor service. Always out of stock. Sometimes you wait 45 min in the drive thru. Drive thru cashier takes orders wrong and then they blame the client. This is my 4th time by having poor service. Tried 3 times after 1st incident but honestly think to rather suppoet Nelspruit branches

Great service that is friendly, efficient and fast. Food is always fresh, nicely prepared and cooked just right. The Venue is well maintained and clean. This busy eatery provides good value for money.

I think they dont have enough staff because their drive through is a sleep through. Sometimes your dont get what u ordered.

KFC Barberton is a racist establishment, that allow people to push in front of you, even though they have a dedicated que line.Go through the drive thru, and be assured that you wont receive your full order. What a joke.

Little bit busy, but that is to be expected at a fast food restaurant. Generally I rate fast food places out of 3, so its not a disappointment.

The place is busy and always packed. Especially in the evenings they need to do something about thier staffs shift allocation because the waiting periods are too long In the evenings.
