Nice food, my weekly lunch i spent here

I order a full chicken it was 18h00 and I received at 20h00 and I only get 6 pieces instead of 8 the following day I visited them again and as client they take me as if I needed extra pieces and treated me unfairly telling me that their stock was balancing...what I know a customer is always right...the manager Summertime didnt solve it to my satisfaction...same day I bought two garly bowls of rice and chicken strip...to my surprise when I arrived at work I find it dry without sauces...I therefore call them to tell them what I received...I was so angry and traumatized cause yesterday I experienced such and today is this...Mr Summertime told me that I should have rook a picture for that chicken.So fortunately I follow his instructions cause I took the photo for that bowl of rice ans chicken strip.. I love Galitos bt the experienced I received was very bad...I told myself will never ever buy at Galitos Barberton and my friends and family I will make sure they never buy it..

Bad service they dont pack everything you bought, you have to drive back to get what was not packed.
