Terrible service. I had just been across at Cape Union Mart where the staff were friendly, very eager to help and quick. Then crossed over to Total Sports where I asked a reluctant staff member for a specific shoe and after one too many minutes of waiting, I realised that the he probably forgot about my request. I had to ask another reluctant staff member to help me too. The products are fine, its just the service that upset me.
