What a pleasant experience! The service was terrific, our waiter was so friendly and helpful and was clued up on their menu. The menu is something different from other coffee shops.The food was really excellent, exactly what we needed. If you pay with zapper, you get R100 discount when you spend R1000, doesnt have to be in 1 visit.

Nice trendy Café style venue. I had a decent breakfast, well prepared and presented. The waitress was friendly and efficient even though it was quite busy. A good cake selection on show and the coffee has great aroma and taste. Pity about the wobbly bench seat, 👍👍👍👍👎

Brilliant customer service. Although they did not have high chairs for babies at the time, the manager went out of her way to make one available for us from another restaurant. Staff were also very friendly and accomadating.Well done.

Came in for 3 espressos and urgently needed to sign some contracts. Manager offered to print them out so we could sign them and scan them back into mail so we could get them in on time. Absolutely beyond expectation service and the coffee was fantastic

Im giving one generous star only because of the friendly staff, who are sometimes helpful, and the nice layout of the coffee shop.But something needs to be said about the cappuccinos. Theyre watered down, it tastes awful, and its not worth the money you pay. This problem seems to be with all Fego branches.For the love of my and every other customers taste buds, please compare your coffee with coffee from Woolworths or Seattle Coffee Company to get an idea of how coffee should taste. If someone in the powers that be thinks the stuff you sell is OK, then Fego is a lost cause.
