A Phenomenal place. I cannot fault anything about this little piece of paradise. One of the best restaurants ever in Galleria. The staff is super friendly, the food is mind-blowing! The half priced cocktail hour is my personal favourite. Ive been coming to this place for a while now with my siblings and all I can say is that its worth the hype! It is so incredible. The food is definitely 5 star, try their pork belly roast or eisbein and the ambience is very relaxing. You wont be wasting your money here.

With circus circus restaurants I know it can either be a major hit or a major loss but I can say that the food was delicious service wise it was kind of busy so we had to wait for quite a while for our food but our waiter was also attentive and chilled. It isnt cramped up at all so there is a lot of breathing space.i wont lie a a sugar person their brownie is worth the wait

I visited this restaurant after a very long time only to find that the Quality of the food and service is exceptional as usual. Keep it up guys

Service was very slow. We had to ask different waiters everytime. After 40 minutes of arriving they give us a bowl of hot chips for the meantime. The kitchen was apparently overloaded with orders & couldnt keep up. 20 minutes later our food arrived lukewarm. The oxtail wasnt worth the R200, the grilled chicken wrap was okay (the bacon in it was salty & the chicken pieces were bland), the sirloin steak was average & hard to eat!

Visited here recently while on a business trip to the area. I visited here for lunch and decided to have their special for the day, enchilada.The staff were amazingly friendly and I was very impressed.The food was full of flavour, which all worked well together and was freshly prepared with deliciously crispy tortilla. The filling was very well prepared.Later visited again for dinner in order to try something from their main menu, I decided to go for another one of the specials for the day, the chicken stack. This was 2 chicken breasts with cajun spice, they had creamy spinach in between and was topped with more spinach and feta. The flavours were again amazing and worked well together, the spiciness of the cajun chicken with the creamy spinach and smooth flavour of the feta.After a delicious dinner and a beer, I was tempted into the special dessert for the evening a deep-fried bread and butter pudding with berry compote, cream and chocolate.I was blown away by this, the crispiness of the fried puddings, the rich flavour of the chocolate and the tart fruitiness of the berries.The chef visited my table and of course my compliments to him.I will definitely be back when Im in the area again.

Everything looks so lovely and pretty, but doesnt taste the way it looks. The waitress were very friendly and helpful. My husband was in the mood for the bacon and basil pesto, but they were out of basil pesto and could only offer a creamy substitute. When his food arrived, it was ok, not really amazing. I had the lemon chicken pasta, but had no trace of lemon and it had a very overpowering smokey flavour which was not what I wanted at all. My daughter said the pizza was ok, but the tomato paste, wasnt good.The cuppachino was really bad as well

The food.... Is always superb, except...Somehow there isnt consistency in the dishes.On 2 separate occasions, we ordered different meals, and each time, it didnt present as per the menu ingredients....This one time was the pasta that was to have had chicken and bacon in it. When the dish arrived, it had a few bits of bacon in it, with no chicken at all. So I called the manager, whom I must say, was very understanding, and she too agreed that the dish is lacking seriously.She said to keep dining, and she then went to the kitchen herself and prepared a quantity of chicken and bacon and brought it to my table personally as I continued to eat the original pasta. I was very pleased.The second time round was the same story with my wifes vegetarian dish.... The haloumi was completely missing, and another manager on duty on this visit then assisted us and brought us a side plate of the missing ingredient.So if you fell shortchanged, speak up, they will see you right for sure.Thank you circus circus

Everytime I order something here the dish arrives with something missing. I have never been served the full dish that Ive ordered as it was described on the menu.

Fantastic place to have you meal,whether it be Breakfast, Lunch or Supper/ or anything in between.Numerous specials and the one I love is the Breakfast special which comes with a coffee or lovely cappuccino .The staff are very friendly, efficient and the service is timeous.Circus Circus is well and centrally situated and close to everything you need.

The Circus Circus breakfast is definitely the best breakfast on the East Coast (and we have had many). We were super impressed with the love that went into the food! Their coffee is also very tasty. Thank you Kenneth and Taryn for a great start to our day!

We had cake and tea after shopping. The Ferrero cake was delicious. The carrot cake was good but a little on the sweet side. My kids loved the small play area in the open seating area.

Circus Circus, how can you have 7am as your opening time? When you in fact only open at 8!!!!please rectify this.

Tasteless burger, dry, menu states Burger comes with bacon, but manager is adamant burger is blended into a paste with the jam. Very poor attempt at a burger, last time I had the same burger it came with fried bacon and to send it back because the patty was raw, today was pathetic attempt wont be back again. Also very slow service.

Never order takeaway. For sit down meals the food is amazing but for takeaway, no. In two different occasions, I ordered the lamb shanks and oxtail. The first time the mash was soar and smelt bad, the second time both the meat and mash was not fresh and tasted bad.

Great value for money and friendly service. The manager Taryn is beyond wonderful. The food never disappoints and there are always specials. If youre a loyalty member you get R100 discount for your birthday as well as the regular cash you accumulate on the card.

Awesome vibe, super friendly staff, the food is consistently good, always very tasty, and the chips are to die for. We have been to supposedly more upper class restaurants and their quality has varied whereas Circus Circus is just always brilliant. If youve never been do yourself a favor and go enjoy world class meal.

Circus Circus Galleria is by far my favourite place, the food and service is always great, their staff are amongst the best in the industry and the friendly chilled out vibe is amazing, I eat there often and Ive never had any issues whatsoever, love this place!!!!

Very friendly staff and excellent food in a vintage style setting. The vegetarian options are surprisingly good and the staff are extremely helpful with modifying meat dishes to veg only. The veg breakfast was fantastic and the portion sizes are very generous.

Will so be back. The food was amazing so tasty and the portions were gigantic. The service is applaudable as we were well looked after without constantly being asked if everything is okay. Only thing Id change is the lighting, so bright for a romantic dinner

We had our company year end function here. To be honest I didnt really enjoy the food.I ordered the Thai Squid salad...unfortunately the squid turned out to be hard dry and extremely salty. I ordered the prawn, chilli and pasta dish...cant remember the name. It was more like shrimp salad. There were only 4 of these shrimp like prawns. There was no hint of chilli and the whole meal was overflowing with oil.I must say I did enjoy dessert. I ordered the carrot cake. It was divine. The portion was huge. The cake made up for the starter and main.Sorry Circus Circus...maybe you were having an off day.

I was told to take a seat, not a single waiter was interested in even providing me with a menu to start off with. You pay above average price for the food but they can’t even get their service right.

Upon arrival we were not welcomed and we had to find our own seat. Waited 15minutes to be assisted and the tables and menu smelled like dirty dish water. Left thereafter to eat at McDonalds and got better value for money at a drive through. This was on the first of Jan 2019 in the evening.

Visited circus circus galaria for my mums 50th birthday. We sat right next to the kitchen. As our order was arriving a cockroach flew onto my hand and crawled throughout the table.A family member had to kill it. As the manager took it away our pastas arrived and in an entire dish we find 1 tiny piece of chicken.This was a terrible experience totally put off circus circus. Will nevwr recommend it to anyone.
